Review of Ten Billion

I clearlly remember in 1980's the same apocalyptical predictions were made(one example is Jean-Jacques Servan-Schreiber and his bestseller "The Global Challenge"), that by 2010 we will reach 7(seven) billion and that will be "the end", at that point(2010) we will gonna run out off oil, run out off food and so on.... all this reminds me of snake oil sellers.
