Review of Locke & Key

It's such a great idea for a show and overall it is good. But oh my God, there are so many frustratingly stupid moments! There are so many times where you're left questioning how the main characters could be so stupid! Have the chance to take the killers gun away or knock them out or do literally anything to save yourselves? No, I know leave the gun with the killer and run back inside where they know you'll be! Erin knows she can get Gabe to the house, use the chain key and put him in the well. Would literally take no effort at all. What doe she do, tries to use the magical chain key to kidnap Gabe, a kid mind you, in public and what was her plan exactly, to drag him back to the house through a festival?!?? Like no one would've stopped her?! There are so many moments like this that just make the show so hard to watch. It's so predictable too honestly. Literally everything you think will happen does. Jackie is clearly not going to want the memory key, what a surprise she doesn't. This stupid convoluted plan they've come up with obviously isn't going to work?! What a surprise doesn't. Erin was obviously trapped in her head. It tries to keep you on edge but by dragging out the inevitable.
