Dardevil is in the episode and he sure is in it. He has lines of dialogue and he acts blind and boy oh boy does he sure fight some bad guys some times. He definitely is in this show, I know cuz he says, "I'm Dardevil."
In all seriousness though, I think they did Daredevil pretty well until the last scene with him. I felt like he was pretty consistent with the Daredevil we last saw, and yeah sure he is a bit silly and goofy, but I feel like that was so he could fit with the tone of the show and not a reflection of his character in the MCU. I do think they went to far with the last scene with him though. You don't need Daredevil to sleep with She-Hulk. That feels like something out of a campy Daredevil cartoon.
I also think the actual "lawyering" stuff with She-Hulk in this episode is more interesting and less boring than many of the previous episodes. It's not amazing by any means, but I found it more interesting in this episode where it didn't take the focus of it than in other episodes where it did. I also found the ending to be pretty cool.
So yeah, pretty solid episode in a not that solid show, but that's mainly because of Daredevil. Otherwise, this would have gotten a 6/10 from me.
