As this episode began to unfold, I was wondering all along why Loki did not show up, and now I see why. The great tree showing at the end tells us that we don't just have multiple universes, but they are pan-dimensional as well, so the Watcher also inhabits the place where Loki now sits. I hope that next season shows us the trip Captain Carter took with the Watcher, it must be a fantastic story. They might even figure out a way for Loki to leave his great purpose and live a life with others again. He should get a happy ending someday. This series just keeps getting better, Marvel don't screw it up now. If only you had [put as much effort into the last few movies you have released. Those of us who are fans are always looking deeper into the stories than you seem to know.
