Rhys Darby as Stede Bonnet absolutely nails his role in this episode. Comparing this episode to the first one, seeing the change in Stede is only something Rhys could do. He puts all of this energy into convincing us of the character he's playing, and while having changed a lot, he still keeps those little things that make Stede himself, and stays true to the character. As a Stede lover, this episode was so fun to watch as we see this arc of Stede learning new things about himself and about his capabilities. We get to see his confidence grow, and it makes you feel proud of Stede for everything he's accomplished and how happy it makes him.
