"Don't be Afraid."
14 February 2024
A man who likes to look at the stars, one day sees an object fall to the ground. He investigates. Finds a spaceship, but then it gets buried in dirt. Now... the quest to get others to believe and to find out what these aliens want...

The movie is very simple. Almost too simple. It's all filmed in the desert, there's not much to the stage or costumes. The story is very straight-forward. The classic "You got to believe." The alien is essentially a big eyeball. I was a little disappointed with the creativeness of it. But for a 1950's film, I guess it was creative in its day.

The movie made me laugh a little with its theme and main message of "It's ugly, let's kill it." It is an interesting thought and analysis of humans. And makes you think.

There's next to know story to the movie. There's no relationship building or getting to know any of the characters. It's mostly about uncovering what the aliens want, and proving that there are aliens. We do get little glimpses of alien technology but there wasn't a lot shown.
