- A man is strapped to a wheelchair and out of picture tortured, you only see the house from outside and hear him scream. In the next scene he is set on fire, which is also not shown. He is shown rolling down a parking lot ramp. The scene is unexpected and one of the most disturbing violent scenes in the film. However, you only see him burning for at most perhaps 10 seconds, if that. It is also clearly a human doll.
- A bloody murder scene and corresponding pictures. The killing and the victims are not shown after they have died though.
- A man is shot offscreen.
- Some cops are shot with bloody results.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The film has a very disturbing and unsettling atmosphere and soundtrack
- A man enters the mindset of a killer. In one scene which some may find frightening, is when he imagines one of the murdered victims, and her eyes and mouth, are glowing white.
- The film has no jump scares or pop ups, however there is one scene in which a smash cut of flashing images of the murderer victims are displayed. This only lasts a few seconds, but is graphic.
- The bloody aftermath of a family with young children slaughtered in their home can be very unsettling.

Violence & Gore
- The killer is shot several times with blood spraying on the wall and floor behind him.
- It is implied the Tooth Fairy bites Lounds on the mouth (we hear him scream from outside a house).
- The killer cuts Graham, drawing blood.
