Sex & Nudity

  • Sometimes nudity is on the show. Sometimes sexual content is shown on the show. Hot naked girls, but sometimes in crude humor, guys show their privates. It's edited on TV, but on the DVDs it's likely unedited.

Violence & Gore

  • Every episode is graphic, because, depending on the season, in the intro, we see a guy on fire. Graphic. Sometimes gunfire. But most of the time, violence is avoided, but we see police needing to use force.

Profanity

  • Almost every episode has graphic profanity, coming from the arrested and suspects. But it varies by episode. Edited on TV, but likely unedited on the DVDs.
  • Cinemax content advisory: rated TV-MA-LV for violence (V), graphic language (GL), and adult content (AC).

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Some episodes have drug references.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Not an intense show as the show, like early "Cops," is informative and not meant to be sensational, but as the seasons progress the show gets more intense.
