A Florida couple who opened their 27,000-square-foot mansion in Boca Raton, Florida, to 70 foster children who had to evacuate during Hurricane Irma, says they have no plans to stop helping anytime soon.
“These kids needed us — and still do,” Jennifer Bell tells People. “Even though the hurricane is over, these kids still live in a hurricane.”
When Hurricane Irma hit Florida, Jennifer and her husband, entrepreneur Marc Bell, received a call from Sos Children’s Villages letting them know that the kids — who are all orphans — had to leave their temporary shelter and sleep in cars. Marc, a former executive of Penthouse,...

Even if you don't like wrestling, you've probably heard stories about how much of a great guy John Cena is. He's generous with his time and last I heard, he was the most requested celebrity on the Make a Wish Foundation's list for dying kids who want to hang out with their heroes, and Cena devotes large portions of his time to answering those requests.
The wrestler/actor has also become a go-to comedic actor in recent years in movies like Sisters and Trainwreck, and he's very good in both. In this video from GQ, he puts those comedic skills to use by going undercover on social media and answering fan questions.

Need to find a bit of movie happiness? Here are 25 films that might just do the trick...
Let's face it, we could all probably do with a little bit of cheering up right about now. Times are scary and times are tough, so it's perfectly natural to look for some kind of reassurance that everything will indeed be all right in the end.
Film is perhaps one of the most powerful and effective tools in doing this. It can be a transportative experience, an escape from reality, and, most importantly, it can act as a reminder of all that is good in the world.
With that in mind, here’s a list of 25 movies that are almost-guaranteed to make you smile and restore your faith in humanity...

WWE Smackdown Live! is in the books for the week. The Blue Brand of the WWE wrapped up their go home show, preparing for the Royal Rumble. How did the show do this week?
To start, I really enjoyed the verbal exchange between John Cena and Aj Styles. What I loved about it was some of the unspoken subtext Cena sprinkled through into the mix. If you listen to the promos that both men gave, on paper you’d be hard pressed to find an excuse for why Cena is being presented as anything but a bad guy. Whether it be a build up to an actual heel turn or more likely, microphone work that is being used to manipulate fans like myself into reading more into a feud than is actually there, Cena is walking a fine line between a confident good guy and someone who is just a plain,...

Here are the things “Saturday Night Live” is doing right: Tapping John Cena as host, creating viral sketches, and staying weird. Here is what “SNL” needs to be doing more of: Political satire. Social commentary. Anything to demonstrate that they know what’s up. We said it last week, and we’ll say it again, and again until it actually happens. The world looks to “SNL” for this sort of thing, and the president-elect is watching! Cut down Weekend Update’s one-liners, and expand the best jokes into sketches, like this week’s exceptional “Through Donald’s Eyes.” Please. Please. Ever since Gavin Rossdale's split from Gwen Stefani, his wife of 13 years, the Bush lead singer has been keeping a pretty low profile. In October, he told Britain's The Sunday Times that he's ready to move on and that now "it's just thinking about the boys and how to prioritize them. That's the driving force behind everything." He decided to do just that on Wednesday night when he brought two of his three sons - Kingston, 10, and Zuma, 8 - as his dates to the fourth annual Wishing Well Winter Gala event for the Make a Wish foundation. The adorable trio walked the glitzy event's red carpet at the Hollywood Palladium in matching tuxes and light-up Pop sneakers, and later on Gavin and his band performed for the attendees. While sadly 2-year-old Apollo is still too little to strut his stuff, we're sure he would've looked just as cute in a tiny tux.

A gaggle of YouTube stars are on a quest to create the UK’s top holiday single. The team at Hello Management curated a collaboration between 25 creators for “Christmas Without You,” a seasonal pop song benefiting the Make A Wish Foundation.
“Christmas Without You” was written by the production team Jackie Boyz, who have worked with several top pop stars. As that detail would lead you to believe, the new track is a standard Christmas tune, with a catchy, familiar melody and references to mistletoe. In other words, it’s simple enough to earn the large audience it is gunning for. The music video for the song is available on the Sing King Karaoke YouTube channel, which has more than two million subscribers.
To make “Christmas Without You,” the YouTubers who participated in it -- including Jake Mitchell, Marina Joyce, and Bria & Chrissy -- flew to Amsterdam for a recording session.

Taking time out from shooting Zack Snyder's Justice League in London, Henry Cavill donned his Man of Steel duds to visit with children from the Make A Wish Foundation. The actor posted the following image to his Instagram page, and as you can see, Supes and the two incredibly brave kids were joined by a few other heroes. The Wonder Woman and Superman standees seem to be early Batman V Superman promo pics, but the ones bearing the likenesses of The Flash, Aquaman, Cyborg and Batman all appear to be new - though their poses are quite similar to the ones the team assumed for the first official image that was released during Sdcc. Justice League is set to hit theaters on November 17, 2017.

It's always nice to see people use their fame for good, isn't it? So prepare to feel your cold, dark heart warm over when you look at photos of Star Wars: The Force Awakens star John Boyega reprise his role as Finn while visiting a children's hospital in London. According to The Hollywood Reporter, this was arranged through a charity called Rays of Sunshine, which is the U.K. equivalent of the Make a Wish Foundation. Boyega posted the photos on his Instagram account, writing there that a boy named Daniel, who has a brain tumor, wished not just to meet Finn himself, but also "wanted Finn to meet the kids at the Royal London hospital and give them some toys." So he did. This little stormtrooper Daniel had a wonderful wish after seeing the force awakens. Daniel currently lives with a brain tumour and rather than having Finn to...

Ryan Reynolds stars in the new blockbuster movie “Deadpool,” but the actor took a dip in a different type of pool during an appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” Reynolds climbed into a dunk tank in order to raise $25,000 for the Make a Wish Foundation on the daytime talk show. DeGeneres needed just three throws to hit the target that sent Reynolds plunging into the tank below. Watch the video below. Reynolds can no doubt afford to get a little soggy, though. “Deadpool” blew past analyst expectations during its opening weekend, grossing over $280 million worldwide. Not bad considering the film.

Thus, the annual tradition of our end of year poll, which calls upon our writers to pick both a new and an old film: they were challenged to choose a new film they saw in 2015—in theatres or at a festival—and creatively pair it with an old film they also saw in 2015 to create a unique double feature. All the contributors were given the option to write some text explaining their 2015 fantasy double feature. David Spade's memoir Almost Interesting comes out October 27, and Salon has an excerpt from the part where he talks about Eddie Murphy. For a while, Murphy held a long-standing grudge against Saturday Night Live in part because of a joke David Spade made during his "Hollywood Minute" bit. Specifically, this joke: Spade shows a picture of Murphy around the time of Vampires in Brooklyn and said, "Look, children! It's a falling star. Make a wish."After the sketch aired, Murphy was blowing up the phones at SNL. Spade dodged the calls and started "freaking the fuck out." Then he enlisted every white comic's black friend, Chris Rock, for help ("He’s my black friend, so any black-related problems go across his desk. He gets cc’d on everything," he writes), and Rock told him that he'd better call Murphy back. “You better call him; you don’t want him coming down here.

John Cena is the biggest name in World Wrestling Entertainment today. The days may be long gone when many of the top stars in wrestling were household names, but Cena certainly belongs in that category. Even though WWE don’t do the same monster business they did when the likes of Hulk Hogan or Steve Austin were on top, Cena is still known to many outside the wrestling bubble.
Over the years, it’s become prevalent that predominantly adult fans are not supporters of the John Cena bandwagon. There are literally thousands who feel Cena’s in-ring work is shoddy, and he doesn’t deserve the acclaim he receives by his employer. On the flip side of that argument, the man’s fans point towards his star power and willingness to perform hundreds of ‘Make A Wish’ visits to dying children each year.

WWE superstar Daniel Bryan has revealed that he would love it if John Cena turned heel.
Speaking in an interview to 104.4 Virgin Radio Dubai whilst promoting the forthcoming WWE 2K16 video game, Bryan compared the idea to Hulk Hogan’s shocking but successful heel turn in 1996 and how it turned wrestling around. He’s right because after that happened, the New World Order angle really sparked World Championship Wrestling and it hurt WWE big time.
Bryan also said that in today’s wrestling world, heels get cheered a lot, so it’s hard to tell if a Cena heel turn would work. That’s a valid point because if Cena did turn heel, a lot of the people that are booing him might cheer for him if he’s considered “cool” as a heel.
