Anthony gets his construction license in this episode and it's hired by the women to finish a job they have been unable to complete because of unfulfilled promises. His new girlfriend, Lita (Marianne Aalda), rubs the women the wrong way because of her aggressive, uppity preppy attitude, causing Julia to use the word "yuppie" which she hates. Anthony is flustered by the inability to finish the job on time, but Leta (who refers to Anthony as the black Donald Trump, an automatic red flag) keeps pushing.
There's also a Leona Helmsley reference, perhaps dated now (but Google is the audience's friend), a metaphor from Julia to how Leta is acting. Aalda is considerably different than she was as likeable attorney Didi Bannister on "The Edge of Night", and she is one of the few characters to make more than one appearance. Charles Levin, who played cook Coco on the premiere episode of "Golden Girls" (as did Meshach Taylor) appears briefly. Well done episode, not especially hysterical, but some very funny moments.
