It's the day of Daisy's granddaughter's christening, Hyacinth is displeased by the length of the relationship and of Rose's skirt.
This first series landed very well, they must have been pleased with it, and this series finale is yet another very good, funny episode, yet more reasons for Hyacinth to disapprove.
Jokes galore, lots about standards, and lots about Daddy's wandering hands. It ends the first series very well.
It's very sad that this happens to be the last episode to feature Shirley Stelfox as Rose. She was great throughout this first series, Millar would do an equally great job.
Gray fun, 8/10.
