Kelly's latest job as The Verminator (her costume now red and gold) sees her entering a glass booth containing hundreds of Peruvian stinging beetles, the venom of which causes insanity. It doesn't go well.
Al has good news though: his shoe store will begin to start selling handbags and Al will be in charge of hiring a new salesperson. Naturally, his criteria is blonde hair and big hooters, at least until Aaron, a fellow Polk High alumni who sees Al as a hero, applies for the job.
Al gives the position to Aaron, but when he learns that his new employee is saving for an engagement ring, he feels it is his duty to show the lad what marriage is really like.
Kelly is the best thing about this episode, providing lots of laughs as she loses her mind and does crazy things as a result; Peggy even has to lead her daughter around on a leash to prevent her being a danger to herself. Al is also funny, leching over the hot blonde applicant, but one really has to feel sorry for poor Aaron: Al's interference results in the young man dumping his perfect fiancé (she loves to cook, likes football and has a job) and start dating his high-school sweetheart Meg, who seems very familiar (clue: she likes Oprah and bon-bons).
