- Some people are said to be willing to either take people's money or lives, or both.
- A boy tries to fight a group of robbers. One of the robbers is about to kill the boy with his axe when Rob Roy fights them.
- A boy throws a stone on the face of a man, who tries to attack Rob Roy with his knife.
- Rob Roy makes several people to walk on sharp plants, with bare feet. Something that proves to hurt.
- Rob Roy ridicules a robber by cutting a babpipe with his sword and putting it over his head. The robber walks and falls into water, floating away.
- Rob Roy and company hear some gunshots and hide behind some rocks. It is revealed the gunshots came from some good people who had hunted down an animal.
- A man has a door slammed on him. His nose becomes flat. This is played for comedy.
- Several people point their weapons toward a small group of men. A few men are tied up in rope. A man is tied into a chair and dipped under water two times on-screen.
- A woman carrying a baby is pushed down on the ground.

- Two guards attempt to arrest Rob Roy, who ends up fighting and defeating them.

- Mild violence throughout. The scene in which a villain orders his henchmen to take all precious things from people, and set a village on fire, is the most intense scenes in the entire film.
- Two children are held captive for a moment, apparently threatened with knife and sword.
- Despite being sent by good guys to scare off some bad guys, the burning pumpkins with scary-looking faces carved into them may be little bit frightening for some younger children.

- Several bad guys wait for an ambush that ends up failing. A man is shot to death, but no blood visible. A man steals a gun from another man and tries to shoot a boy, who points his gun back to him.
