The mystery in this episode is that the zombies speed up. Jude is determined to get hold of his ex, Jo.
You wonder why the zombies never jump into the water. They are dead so they are not going to drown. This is answered in this episode.
Our foursome also find a speedboat, Jo and Amar jump into this. The barge meanwhile runs out of fuel and they meet someone who is determined to be paid in full.
As a comedy made for the minor ITV channels I can forgive that the budget will be low.
I much prefer budget being sacrificed over passion. Where Zomboat does get it wrong is the pointless lapses in logic. The world is in peril and people start arguing at inappropriate moments and it is not funny. They are not looking where they are piloting the boat.
Worse if you are going to set someone on fire, move your boat back first.
