The 49-year-old singer shared video of herself doing some yoga moves backstage during the Mississippi stop of her and husband Tim McGraw's Soul2Soul tour on Sunday. Hill kicked up her left leg, showing her toned stomach in a matching crochet outfit.
"Kicking it up in Mississippi!!" she wrote.

Tomorrow looks to be a busy day for us and our loyal readers as three big reveals plan to be dropped tomorrow. Come inside for more details!
It's not every day that three coordinated promotional bombshells get released on the same day. So, it's exciting news when we found out, via twitter, that Marvel, Square Enix, And EA/Bioware will be doing so tomorrow! With each of them announcing it in their own special way.
Kicking it off like a well-mannered host, Marvel used their twitter page to deliver a well-received Save the Date for Tomorrow, January 26, at 9am Cst/10am Est.

What could they be revealing? It's unclear, but my money would be on a Thor: Ragnarok trailer. So far, we've seen the title, the synopsis, even concept art, the only thing we're missing is a trailer to put it all together.

Leslie Jones and Matthew McConaughey might just be Team USA's biggest - and most famous - Olympic fans. Jones, 48, and McConaughey, 46, ran into each other as they cheered on the U.S. swim team on Thursday, where they dubbed themselves the "Best Olympics fans!!" "Real American fans here for the Olympics, team USA," Jones shouted in a video she posted to Twitter. "And it happening, it's happening," McConaughey added as he signaled number one with his finger. The two were decked out in Olympic swag, with Jones wearing an American flag around her neck while the actor donned his official Rio Olympic neck lanyard.

We can all agree that The Wolverine was a vast improvement on its predecessor, X-Men Origins: Wolverine. While the ending followed the usual comic-book-movie cluster of too much CGI, a contrived twist that was telegraphed an hour before the movie was released, and action that went on for way too long, the rest of the film felt like a more focused and intimate experience. Even if the story was a tad on the dull side.
Wolverine wasn’t required to save the world, but was instead tasked with dealing with his own inner demons. The more personal story was the perfect counter balance to the action. Like Dredd, The Wolverine proved that smaller stories carry more punch than watching New York be destroyed for the 150th time.
But for all its good points, there were many things that kept dragging me out of the experience. Things that didn’t make sense or just seemed really,...

With a prolonged global recession putting increasing pressure on the already fragile financial underpinnings of film festivals all over the world, what’s the argument for yet another curated offering -- and especially one taking place more than an hour from a major city, in rural Virginia? That skepticism greeted the announcement of this weekend’s first annual Middleburg Film Festival, which was spearheaded by Washington DC (and Middleburg) entrepreneur, filmanthropist and sports team owner Sheila Johnson -- one of the producers of "Lee Daniels’s The Butler." Documentary filmmaker Susan Koch ("Kicking It") was executive director of the Festival. The four-day experience, centered at Johnson’s new luxury Salamander Resort (and including venues around the historic horse-country town of 720 inhabitants), drew filmmakers and fans from around the world, and provided a rousing answer.Robert Redford had visited with Johnson, a long-time Sundance Festival board...

Final Thoughts: Coming from someone who hasn’t really enjoyed the last two seasons of Glee, I thought the season 4 premiere was extremely strong.
Everything from the music (wasn’t the biggest fan of “Americano/Dance Again”) and the storylines are right on spot so far.
The introduction of Marley and her cafeteria mom is a breath of fresh air for the show and is a rather timely storyline. And Marley stuns in her performances as well (as does Jake). I couldn’t be more excited for a character on this show than I am for her.
Rachel and Kurt have reunited (making my Kurt and Rachel Show dreams come true) and I’m looking forward to them taking NYC by storm together.
I was surprised to see many of the graduates missing from the premiere, but with the addition of new characters, it makes sense.

The Lincoln Center, long known as the high-culture vanguard of New York City, has a film society. The Film Society of Lincoln Center (Fslc) host the New Directors / New Films festival. They tend to show a lot of documentaries, a lot of subtitled films - if you're lucky, you might catch a subtitled documentary! But some kind of genius behind the scenes has started a midnight summer film series; and this lineup rocks. The old lady at Lincoln Center is loosening her stays, in a big way. Kicking it off, this Friday, is a big-screen showing of Casey Pugh's Star Wars Uncut.
For those of you unfamiliar with Star Wars Uncut, it's a genuine labor of love created by hundreds of Star Wars fans. In 2009, Casey Pugh assigned a different fan (or group) fifteen seconds of the film Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope to remake in whatever fashion they chose.

Well, there’s a much bigger audience for this news than there was when I mentioned that the second of Lost Girl was coming, so hopefully there are a lot of you out there that are glad to hear that Season 3 is getting underway.
It’s timely news as well, now that Syfy kicked off Eureka! last night, which hopefully gave Lost Girl even more of a boost. It’s also timely, because I know there are some folks out there who started to wonder when Syfy began talking about Season 2 of a rebroadcast show that didn’t actually have a Season 3 yet.
I love Syfy for airing the show, but it’s tricky for some fans who may find themselves unsure how much they want to invest in a show, when the network you’re watching it on isn’t really in control of what happens.
At any rate,...

This is a first-person piece from Ted Leonsis, founder and chairman of SnagFilms (and parent company of Indiewire). He asked if he could have the floor to lay out why he believes digital distribution platforms define the future for indie films. And while as a principal of SnagFilms he clearly has a horse in this race, his perspective echoes points that others have made on our site (including this week's very popular piece written by Greenburg Traurig partner Steven Beer.) How does all of this square with your thoughts on indie distribution? Tell us in the comments. -- The Editors Sunday marked the end of the Sundance Film Festival, the traditional launching point for a new year of independent films. I didn’t go to Park City this year, as I had when my films "Nanking" and "Kicking It" were in the festival, but I read the extensive coverage from Indiewire and others with interest.

Welcome to the December Fan Art roundup, the third entry in our series of monthly write-ups showcasing fan art relating to the work of Christopher Nolan. Each month we comb through the fan art submissions on our Forums and our Tumblr page, then we collect the half-dozen or so pieces that are getting the most feedback to share them here in these roundups. So what does this month’s roundup include? For starters, we have some beautiful Inception and The Dark Knight Rises inspired 2D digital art, then a ton of brilliant The Dark Knight Rises posters, and topping it off, a funny sweded version of The Dark Knight Rises trailer.
Kicking it off, Nolan Fans forum user Constantine made these two wonderful pieces of digital art inspired by Inception and The Dark Knight Rises. I’d love to have these hanging on my wall:

Darren Criss and his "Glee" co-star had a lot of fun with YouTube lip-sync star Keenan Cahill at what looks like to be the backstage of their concert. They mime Katy Perry's "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F)" and do some fun dancing to the upbeat music.
The "Glee" actors who help make the lip-sync rendition more fun are Harry Shum Jr., Dianna Agron and Jenna Ushkowitz. At one point, Dianna pretends to be playing some invincible drums, while Darren is playing a fake saxophone.
"Glee" stars have just wrapped up their 2011 summer tour. Kicking it off on May 21 in Las Vegas, they ended the traveling show on Sunday night, July 3 at The O2 in Dublin, Ireland. At the final show, Darren surprised concertgoers by kissing Chris Colfer, and Naya Rivera sent them into frenzy by smooching Heather Morris who plays her on-screen love interest.

Kicking it with the Brands isn't always a teenage dream for everyone. Katy Perry and Russell Brand have dodged charges for disturbing the peace with their wild wedding in India last week, but the resort where their nuptials went down…not so much. Managers at the Aman-i-Khas hotel where the couple got hitched have been charged with violating noise laws, with the late-night festivities breaking the district's rules against loud music after 10 p.m. It didn't help that the event took place adjacent to a sacred tiger sanctuary. In the wake of the celebration, a local politician announced that investigators would determine whether there was any...

It's heart-wrenching to discover that the nation's capital, which has historically been a racially and economically stratified city, is grappling with a social ill, and in this case, it's a resurgence in the number of HIV cases in the city, again. The "again" part is the tragedy. A crowd of politicians, public health advocates and activists, including activist Larry Kramer and musician John Legend, and folks from Missouri to Utah to DC overfilled the Chelsea Clearview Cinemas for the premiere of The Other City. The 90-minute documentary was directed by Tribeca alum Susan Koch (Kicking It, Tff 08) and written and produced by Jose Antonio Vargas, a former journalist for The Washington Post. The Other City chronicles the struggles of those who are HIV positive, as well as those people and institutions that are struggling to help them and stay afloat. The film shares some stark statistics, like the fact that...
