This episode brings back Flex, who is very enjoyable as always, and does connect to Rita's arc, which is given a couple hints in some flashbacks. Dorothy also gets some great moments with Candlemaker. While Robotman does not do much other than comic relief in this episode, he does have a very powerful moment with the chief. Jane does not get as much focus as I would have hoped, given last week's cliffhanger. The episode does add some wackiness which is very funny with the "Sexmen"

I don't understand the enraged reviews questioning the morals and ethics of this show. You have watched this up to season 2 episode 4 and NOW you're starting to realize that this show is way over the cuckoo's nest?
Btw, this ep is very complex as well as totally dumb and way over the top, as are all of the past episodes. It's the mix that keeps us going. Last ep we had people with their eyes and mouths sewn shut and this ep there's a guy having the baby he's just born shoved back up there.

A very weird sexual comedy episode.
This episode is the weirdest one for the moment of the second season. When you finish the episode you don't really know what is that you have seen, but if you think after a little bit about the episode you will realize that this episode could be one of the most psicologically complex ones. This episode has two different main characters, Rita and the Dannyzens, this episode is very important to understand Rita's personality. And in this episode something is gonna change in Dorothy.

The episode is not AMAZING, but it's still lots of fun and the whole conpect of having a party to revive Danny is cute and wholesome! Don't listen to the one-star reviews.

Watch the episode. Many of the "I'll save you time, this happened" reveals in the 1 Star reviews clearly weren't written by someone who paid attention to the episode.
It is an odd episode... and then again, hasn't the whole series been a bit odd? I'm assuming you've enjoyed the quirky humor or you wouldn't have made it this far.
This episode won't disappoint in that sense.

Hopefully this episode is not a sign of things to come - weirdness for weirdness's. Sake.
Much of the wackiness seems to be there for no other purpose than to push viewers' buttons. And judging by the reviews, that is exactly what it accomplishes.
I was looking forward to this episode based on the summary on my streaming service. The seXmen sounded like an interesting premise for the kind of satire this show normally does so well. To say they were a one-dimensional flop is giving them too much credit. Not quite 'no-dimensional' (they were visible, so they must have had at least one dimension...) but very close.
My fear for Doom Patrol was that it would devolve into the kind of idiocy that this episode showed. There is a fine line separating quality goofiness (for lack of a better term) from schlock. There is really no doubt which side of the line this episode falls on... Hoping that this is an aberration and not a sign of things to come!

I am really disappointed from this episode and am considering to stop watching this show.

This episode is just bad. It made me uncomfortable the entire time. This episode doesn't contribute anything to the main story. I was enjoying the show up until this episode and after this episode I don't feel like watching anymore of this show. It was honestly so bad I don't feel like watching the rest of the series.
