Good story

A good story of exoneration through dna evidence finally being tested and another scary story of the prosecution railroading.

Prosecutors should face prison when they willfully withhold evidence

Warning: Spoilers
An excellent example of how Prosecutors can inflict Injustice on people and not have to face any consequences when they are caught doing this.

Linda Davis is a perfect example of abuse of the justice system. When caught, she lies by feigning that it was somebody else's mistake. Her ego is far too large to admit to having been wrong.

The close up shots of her toward the end are so telling. The viewer can see by her whole body language and beady eyes that she is lying through her teeth. You get the feeling that she knows the interviewer knows she wanted to get a conviction to further her own career.

She also looks very nervous in her answers and is very careful trying to avoid incriminating herself.

I hope that viewers will see that the Criminal Justice system in the USA is in many ways an excellent system and prosecutors like Linda Davis are a poison to it.

The film shows how Prosecutors are seldom prosecuted and they know they have that immunity is on their side. .

The documentation on this film was very detailed and it's almost as if the viewer is sitting in the Jury Booth being able to judge without a shadow of a doubt that Linda Davis is guilty in the first degree.

I think the real message of the film is that our society needs to have more control over prosecutors who think they can do whatever they want and it also shows that if we make it easier to prosecute them and send the guilty ones to prison, our criminal justice system would improve by leaps and bounds. . ,
