A quick look at the fast food industry, I felt that I learned a few things I didn't know. It was interesting to hear about the global reach of fast food and the current trends in health and environmental impacts. Good voiceover, easy to understand and not annoying.
Big food quick and easy equals bad health!

This episode one "Fast Food" from the new "Netflix" doc series "History 101" provides some alarming stats and news supported by research graphics of how bad the fast food industry has become. Starting back in the 1950's these chains would multiply and become into franchises rented out all around the country and expand worldwide. Plus the chains learned how to make food quick and fast and fat and everything was ready at ease as the world started to go fast paced as people started eating by drive thru! Later each fast food chain lowered their prices to feed more lower income people yet remained fat and fast making a good buck. This lead to overweight in the masses and caused great health concerns. Overall eye opening look at a rich industry.
Good info

Not bad info but fat fiction contradicts the reason for overweight diabetic people. You say the sugar salt. This is true. But not the fat. The carbs. Fat is actually good for you. The carbs are not. Keto diet has proved that
Poor research and stats provided

Trying to say cows are causing global warming... we have nearly equal amount of cows as their WAS Buffalo in the 1800s, tell me how 20million buffalo in 1800 did not cause global warming but our 20million cows do? (fyi we only have around 100k buffalo left in the United States)
Quite poor
