Kessler completes a big transfer, and attempts to keep a low profile by moving to London.
It's a slight improvement over the opening issue, but I would again argue that pacing is the main issue here, it meanders from one scene to the next, it's all very static, somewhat wooden, and definitely very dialogue heavy.
Clifford Rose is doing a pretty good job as Kessler, his real identity wasn't hidden away for too long, before we got to know who he was, and the secrets hidden in his dark past.
The interesting element here is how Kessler's enemies are being dealt with, there's nothing being done out of sight, everything happens quite shockingly in broad daylight, long before the days of CCTV of course.
Interesting, but I am finding it a bit slow, this was better though, 6/10.
