Within the first few episodes it becomes clear that this show has a dark sense of humor. Case in point, very early on we have a funeral scene were a young mother lays in a casket as her husband, young children, newborn baby, and other family look on. Don't let this get you down. Within a few minutes we're laughing at a sobbing priest and an embarrassingly bad musical tribute. This show doesn't shrink away at sadness, it flips it over like a messy flapjack and serves it up with whipped cream. These writers know what it's like to have young kids and a wild family life, and they know all we can do is put on a smile and look at the bright side.

Cinematography, acting, music are all fantastic. The lead actor has a lot of charisma. His character is in a tough spot in his life and he's very quickly easy to root for. The kids are also great, it never feels like they are disney channel over-acting.

Don't miss Daddy's Divas.

Fun, family friendly comedy
mich1elle27 January 2023
I'm not where to start my review on this delightful series.

I'll start with the characters. Each of the children actors and actresses are so enjoyable to watch. They are sure to go far in their career. They are all so charming.

There is great humor in the writng; lots of laughs were had along the way watching this series. This is fun for the whole family.

The whole production has great quality from the sound, camera work, set design and locations.

I hope there is more to come from this great creative team.

It's always refreshing to find wholesome, family friendly entertainment in today's world.

Perfect comedy
d-ramseeey24 January 2023
Such a creative show. There's so much emotions good and bad and a whole lot of laughs with some surprising twists and turns in each episode. I loved all the actors and the main lead was just one of those characters that was played so went it was hard not to get attached to. A touchy plot but it really grows on you with nothing dramatic or over the top scenes. One of my favorite series this year so far for sure. Hope this gets the attention it rightfully deserves and we get to see more of this show. I'm giving this a 9 because of how well it was made and produced. Congrats to the director and everyone involved in make this a successful show.

Lots of laughs
mangosteen5525 January 2023
The series is basically about a father of three divas and him trying to keep his sanity during life with them. Lots of random humor, good character build ups and I don't think i've laughed this much in a long time. Such witty dialogues and interesting situations that sometimes I feel like I get into also. We finished all the episodes in 3 days so it's addictive and really gets you wanting to see what happens next. Loved everything about this, i'll be sure to recommend this to all my friends and family. I can also see this become a feature length movie one day. Lots of potential and lots of talent! Well worth the watch.

Seriously good
iwritereviews22 January 2023
We absolutely loved it! Lots of moments we can relate to as parents and the plot twists and humor is just perfect. David Tittone who plays Michael Hill is my favorite in this show. We have made it to episode 5 and can't wait to finish of the rest. If your looking for family humor, random and quirky plot twists then this is the series you need to watch in 2023. Creative, fun and most importantly refreshing. I'll be back to review the rest of the season once I'm done. Hoping for a season two soon, make it happen please. I can see why they won so many awards. Congrats to everyone involved! Well done.

Best comedy to release in a long time
fintasticfilms28 January 2023
Daddy's Divas is a great family comedy that will give you lots of laughs and introduce you to some great characters. David Tittone is world-class and knows what audiences want to see. Each episode has its own unique story with some aspects that carry over from previous episodes, creating the perfect plot build. The show kind of has a modern family vibe to it that I haven't seen in a long time, which I really loved. If you're looking for a great show to watch, by yourself or with your family, Daddy's Divas is a highly recommended option from me. I'm really hoping to see a season 2 release in the future!

Nicely done!
thesnarkascending25 March 2023
"Daddy's Divas" is a well-made indie comedy series that's a great deal of fun, with solid performances all around. It's well directed, shot, and produced, and the ideas behind it are creative. The dialogue is well-written as well, and the child actors do solid work. You don't often see independent sitcoms, so it's especially nice to see this out there in the world. In general, it's lovely to see indie, character-driven work of all stripes get made, so I hope "Daddy's Divas" will garner the attention it deserves. Kudos to David Klinginsmith and the rest of the team for their work on this series.

A Hilarious Portrait of an Idealized American Small Town
nathan-3071526 February 2023
This upbeat, family friendly comedy series has a little something for everyone: adorably rambunctious kids, middle-aged bikers, a goofy nerdish couple, neurotic priests, lonely elementary school teachers and Michael (David TIttone) a personal trainer, left to raise his 3 daughters on his own after the unexpected death of his wife. Although with Michael's personal grief it could take a more somber turn, this series is firmly focused on comedy and fun and delivers it in abundance. This is a portrait of an idealized, innocent small town community: an Andy Griffith show for the internet age. Shot in cheerful primary colors and doubling down on the cuteness factor every chance it gets, it's a fun escapist journey to an America we wish existed.

Fun Quirky Family Film
catheraneskillen19 February 2023
A very broad comedy with zany characters all swirling around the very grounded-in-reality dad trying to deal with the zaniness. Good direction, cinematography and excellent locations. The young actresses were very good and believable. The classroom sequence in the first episode was extremely well done. The children playing the students were very natural and it looked like a real classroom in session. Then there are the unexpected moments that occur like the priest at the funeral which in lesser hands would have come off as a caricature but he made it work. Very imaginative situations. A fun, family-friendly film to which you can take the kids.

So good
kavvi-6019030 January 2023
This show is very unique and different and something that you wouldn't expect to be family friendly. Christie Courville was so funny and she was my favorite cast member by far. The first episode really had me hooked and the characters really grow on you as we watched each one we had to see all the other episodes. Superb plot which was edited perfectly with little to no errors or anything major that would make us assume it was not a big budget production. Daddy Divas is one of those fun, family shows we all need to watch. Good acting, lovely comedy and just a feel good ambience to this show. Seriously well done.

Ended up loving this show!
mommyvaughn26 January 2023
Although the fist episode is a little slow, the brilliance picks up with the beginning of the second episode and the funeral scene. Michael McQuary plays the minister and brings an absolute shine of hilarity and style to the show's dream sequences, which carry on throughout the numerous characters he portrays throughout the remaining episodes of the season. The show itself is good, and definitely watchable, but with McQuary comes a touch of elegance and elan that elevates the series from good to brilliant. It goes from watchable to over the top incredible, and definitely leaves me waiting to see what happens with the dream sequences in the next season. I will definitely be watching, and I can't wait to see what happens!

Best family comedy
ramenroy-4536528 January 2023
This was recommended by a friend of ours so we have to check it out and we as a family loved it. A good well written plot that's not crude and over the top where my children have to walk away from the room because of what's on the screen. We all laughed and cried together as each episode came on and at moments we really felt for the father and at moments all the other characters made us laugh. What a series, brilliantly done. I felt each episode was refreshing in itself. It didn't feel like it was dragging out like many other shows out there today. Thanks for making this and i hope we can all support good quality shows like this.

McQuary steals the show
scott-550-90493227 March 2023
A light family comedy with a few tilts to nudge-nudge darker inside adult humor, the real accomplishment comes from casting Michael McQuary in multiple parts. His willingness to absolutely divest from humility and "cabaret" every impression and character as if visiting from an alternate reality ups the strength of the comedy to unexpected levels. More MM in future seasons please!

His Brando impression, minus words in one of the later episodes, Is dead on hysterical, painting his character as a mob/director who his assistant characters seem to understand, resembling the "blah blah blah" adults in old "Peanuts" shows from the late 70s and early 80's definitely goes noticed.

Finally, a sitcom that parents and children can both enjoy!
julianvhampton18 February 2023
Daddy's Divas is a wonderful comedy series showcasing a quirky family in a suburban neighborhood. After watching Episode 1, I wanted to invest in future episodes to learn more about these interesting characters and learn what happens next for Michael. Writer and Director David Tittone captured the spirit of a proper sitcom, with a Modern Family meets Full House vibe. I especially enjoyed the main character, Michael, a dad who means well but shares "The Divas" sense of humor. The two daughters, Brooklyn and Jocelyn, performed well as lovable jokesters. There's also the neighborhood terror, Lucas, who even tough bikers fear. There was geniue chemistry between the kids and their on-screen dad. Finally, a sitcom that parents and children can both enjoy! Can't wait to see future episodes!

Nothing to be embarrassed about with this edgy family comedy.
sp154724 April 2023
I happened upon this edgy family comedy series Daddy's Divas while visiting a friends family and was so charmed by it. I say edgy because so many of todays family friendly TV shows do not touch upon life's difficult situations such as losing a parent. The episodes are about twenty minutes long and full of crazy zany characters and lots of family dysfunction and sometimes dark subjects. Don't be confused however, this is a family comedy obviously written by writers that are parents themselves. The realistic writing along with a cast of actors that are not afraid to perform like embarrassingly bad actors are what make this so funny and delightful to watch. I give two thumbs up to the writers and actors!

Terrific Family Comedy
Classicfilmnoir4 March 2023
Tremendous mixture of emotion, bittersweet, sad, and just plain fun. The acting of all the cast, young and grown, was top notch. The writing was all at once identifiable and endearing. The visuals are bright and well thought out. The ordinary world of a family was accurately captured, making the film even more relatable. Good character and character build up throughout the show. Would be great to see this show developed into a feature length film at some point, as it could function very well in that capacity I believe. That said, the narrative and characters certainly lend themselves well to episodic content. Definitely recommend!

Fun and Funny
kjs114429 January 2023
Daddy's Divas is a real gem of a show. It centers on a father and his young daughters. It's a light hearted, wholesome show and after one episode you will want to binge watch the entire season. All the actors were fantastic, including the child actors, I was especially impressed by them. It was cool to see locations such as a school and a suburban neighborhood. I thought the camera work was solid, excellent cinematography, for sure. The writing was clever and the story moved at a very good pace. The directing was very good as well. All around, this is a high quality show that I recommend checking out!
