Father Kaspar Kovac sued it and the surgeon in vain for the death of his teen son in OR, but denies private vengeance. Sued surgeon Dr. Christof Schleicher is clearly dangerously overworked, yet lacks any apparent motive, like devoted nurse Anne Lindner, whose emotions prove relevant.
