- When Annie and MM (Mother's Milk) get to the TNT house, they are greeted by the Love Sausage, who has an extremely large penis. For MM to be able to get in the house, Starlight mentions that he is really good at cunnilingus and "gobbles that vagina right up".
- A side-effect of his powers Hughie unwilling becomes naked whenever he teleports, but only his buttocks is visible. When teleporting himself and Annie out of the TNT Twin's house, she too becomes naked. Her butt is visible.
- A Point Of View from a toilet is shown where a man's anus, testicles, and flaccid penis are shown in closeup and in graphic detail. This lasts for a few seconds in the background.

Violence & Gore
- Soldier Boy disintegrates the twins, kills a bunch of other people and injures many others in one attack. Not too graphic but still rather intense and upsetting.
- Frenchie and Cherie are shown beaten up with wounds and blood in their faces.
- Soldier Boy and Homelander fight for a while and Butcher and Hughie join in to beat up Homelander. Some minor injuries with blood but no one ends up too badly since Homelander escapes.
- Kimiko (The Female) slits a man's throat and uses his body as a shield when another man shoots many times. Graphic and bloody.
- Hughie punches A-Train. Although, he is fine.
- A-Train smears Blue Hawk's face down the street, leaving a bloody trail before collapsing of a heart attack. Hawk's body, especially his face is ripped off, bone and flesh can be seen in very graphic detail. Scene lasts for a few seconds.
- Kimiko fights a Russian thug. The thug chokes her while punching her reopening her wound and soaking her clothes in red. Kimiko stabs his femoral with a long needle, resulting in a bloody fountain coming out of his leg. To finish him up, Kimiko proceeds to stab the thug's chest at least 15 times bathing both her and the thug in blood. This scene is even more violent and graphic than other killing scenes when she had superpowers.
- Homelander steps on Termite, killing him.
- Black Noir takes out a chip from his arm with a knife, spreading blood around him including a woman next to him. Very graphic but brief.
- A-Train Kills Blue Hawk By Grabbing Him And Running In Super Speed . Blue Hawk Entire Body Torns Apart Also His Inner Organs Are Visible Through Out Scene.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The scene where The Deep has sex with an octopus can be a bit disturbing to some viewers even if it's meant to be comedic.
- The scene where Butcher, Soldier Boy and Homelander fight is pretty intense
- Blue hawks death is very brutal.
