Doesn't anyone remember C-Man?!
sujensen-123 October 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Remember when Colin, as manager of his company, became so powerful he split into three entities-two of which are buried-just like the Baron was-in the yard? The Baron's return could be foreshadowing the return of one of Colin's spares. I wouldn't be surprised if Colin returned, seamlessly, next year. A brilliant solution, if they do it.

The Brilliance of Taika Waititi
joe_mama10122 October 2021
Warning: Spoilers
Yes, I believe this is the funniest show on television, and yes I believe this episode takes a huge risk, but I think it is a good one. Waititi is known for having a vast emotional spectrum in his projects and this is no different. What we do in the Shadows has never been a basic comedy. The call backs to previous episodes and a slow build of a main plot through a bunch of side plots are one of the things I like about this show. Each episode is unique and each episode contributes to a bigger plot. While this episode had an emotional ending, I am curious to see what direction this takes us.

It's in the (guest) stars
lotekguy-125 October 2021
I realized that I hadn't seen David Cross or Donal Logue in anything for a while. This episode finally explains their absence. After all, What We Do in the Shadows IS a documentary, right? Isn't that why they're always explaining themselves and new developments directly to the camera crew? Besides being informative on the career arcs of those two fine actors, this also ranks as one of the series' funniest episodes. Well done.

Farewell old friend

Warning: Spoilers
I cried. I have never cried for this show. Wait, scratch that, I have cried from laughing so hard. This show is definitely in my top 5 favorites.

But losing Colin Robinson broke my heart. Although now I understand why Lazlo has been hanging out with him all season. But I have a theory... Remember back in season 2 when Colin got the promotion at work and became very powerful? And then he multiplied himself? Then they all bore each other to death? Then they buried the other Colins in the yard? Maybe they can get him into one of those bodies? Like summon his ghost?

Just a theory. I can't find anything online about Mark leaving the show.

Also, let's face it... Guillermo will never let Nandor slumber. So no worries there!

Overall, good episode. Made me have emotions. I'm not crying! You're crying!

A very remarkable episode
nightman6925 October 2021
This is by far the best season in the show, and this episode... maybe the best episode in the show. I know some people will disagree with me, but I think the only way to know for sure, is to wait and see how the show's gonna be after this episode.

Colin--We Hardly Knew You!
Hitchcoc26 September 2022
The fact that there is a political wing of the vampire world is hilarious. They have meetings and set policy. Nandor, who was pulled from his exercise group, feels there is nothing to care about. So he goes into this five hundred (or so) year sleep, but he can't get any rest because for various reasons (including checking out his wee wee) they keep opening his coffin. He is indignant. In addition to a big party, it is Collin's 100th birthday party. But we find out that this has significant meaning which will affect the show from now on. All in all this episode is really hilarious, particularly Nando's character, with his griping and moaning.

Quite the plot twist...
The_Sighing_Dutchman22 October 2021
Warning: Spoilers
It's one of the better pieces of comedy out there, I knew that when I first saw the original motion picture years ago.

Although I was somewhat disappointed at the time I saw they had decided to turn this gem into yet another cash cow tv-show, the actors and their acting are incredible...spot on, so to say.

The main characters appear to actually live these lives.

And the screen writers ability to keep coming up with new, crazy, yet relatable material is uncanny.

I was not happy to see Colin Robinson expire so quickly to be honest...and I hope one of his two burried "brothers" will come to "replace" him in one of the next episodes.

Cheers, T. S. D.

Are you out of your minds?!

Warning: Spoilers
Seriously WHY did you kill Colin Robinson? This is not a drama, it's a comedy show that people watch to relax and have fun and what on earth seeing one of the best charecters in the show die is going to give me fun?

Why can't you understand that I want this show to have many more seasons but with the big changes like that, shows never taste the same. That's how they start failing. It was the only show that all of the main charachters are just well-written and tremendously fun. You can add more characters if you want to try things but getting rid of the characters is a horrible idea. There is no main character that should leave this show. Nandor, Nadja, Lazslo, Guillermo, Colin had everything that makes this show great. None of them are unnecessary. The dynamic between them was a complete greatness and now it's going to be missing without Colin. And just know that Colin was my 'least' favorite character, YET it still upsets me this much to see him leave the show. He was adding a different kind of color and humor to this show. What an irrational decision.

Also, the scene where vampiric counsil wanted to check Nandor's thing was a good idea but the writers kinda wasted it. A lot of good jokes could have come from that scene but it was empty.

A Farewell
bobcobb30125 February 2022
Warning: Spoilers
The storyline was not great, but Donal Logue, David Cross and Khandi Alexander all as vampires provided a boost to the mix.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of Colin Robinson in this one so thumbs down on that.

Why kill Colin Robinson? While he kept the show running when some episodes where alright, and the sugar daddy or age gap dinner scene was weird and uncomfortable!

It really IS in the guest stars
alinelunardy28 October 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This episode is sooooo cringey for me. The guest stars (especially the Quinn dude) are trying sooo hard to be quirky and funny. They have failed to do so. I feel like now that this show is a hit everyone is jumping on the wagon, wanting a part in this show or whatever. Also the fact that they seemingly killed off Colin doesn't go well with me either. I really hope this is not really the end for Colin Robinson.
