ACS needs to go
AttorneyJenn16 June 2022
They were all about gratuitous self promotion, they painted over black mold... I'm just not impressed. If you're looking for a Hoarders fix, this show isn't the solution.

Where are the masks?!
binz4517 June 2022
1. I'm so surprised that the people from ACS don't wear masks. Sometimes they do, but rarely. That seems incredibly unsafe and unprofessional but hey, it's their health, not mine.

2. Does Missy ever work on any of these houses? I get that she's the boss but I really hope she pays her workers well.

Annoying
marysammons-4222025 June 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Putting aside the gross places they clean these people are annoying. If I hear Missy call Josh "The Poo Man" one more time I'm gonna scream. I mean gotta them credit for even doing this but they get on my nerves.

Missy is the worst
blaireberhart17 June 2022
I enjoyed this show at first, but I had to stop watching due to how Missy acted. I get that she's the "boss" but she never lifts a finger. All she ever does is stand around and micromanage. It's so annoying. Josh and Lianny should go start their own company since they're doing all the work.

Missy needs to go
nataliacruz-4357719 September 2021
Missy is the worst person on this show. Why does she stand over her employees non stop while not even lifting a finger? I get it, you want camera time but step in and help your employees. I would rather watch them and their commentary since they're the ones cleaning. And stop comparing yourself to paramedics and first responders. You're not and need to take it down a notch.

What a freaking Joke of a Show
sequoiazelaya17 June 2022
I've seen better cleaning done on hoarders show. I couldn't get past the first episode of the show. The fact that they weren't wearing PPE gear the entering filming of the show just baffled me. All those dangerous levels of chemicals in the air and they aren't protected. The only spot that looked clean was the bathtub. No I do not recommend this show. Waste of time.

These cleaners are laughable!!!
HateFakeReviews21 July 2021
I've been a cleaner for 20 years and the cleaners on this show I would sack! They don't even have the right tools for the job and just act like they know what the're doing. Don't waste you time on this utter filth of a show, clean it off your viewing schedule!

I like it
kmary062223 July 2022
People are stupid. All these reviews complaining about the owners of ACS are idiots. Obviously if you have a well-established company, as the owner, you eventually get to stop working as much. That's just life! Josh and Lianny do not seem at all irritated by their job. They knew what they signed up for, and they are doing their job. Would I want to do it? No! But Josh has said over and over again it doesn't bother him and he loves his job. He also knows he's going to inherit the company one day! Duh. Make it work.

I find the process of cleaning up a property interesting. And I've learned multiple things. People are just ridiculous and judgmental. Just because it seems rehearsed and fake, and by the way it's a reality show so it is, doesn't mean Josh is unhappy.

Better then these other poor reviews!
shantellegorrell19 July 2022
I feel like this show is being rated unfairly low! I think it's great! For those saying the teams don't clean well enough.. they even say in the show that they are considered the "first responders" in the sense where they do the first clean through, removing all biohazards and often stripping the house down bare. From there it's the clients duty to finish regarding plumbing, painting, any other renovation to fix what was damaged in the mess. The cleaners are also very compassionate and care a great deal for their clients, with no judgement towards how they let their homes get so dirty. They even tear up when talking about how much they care/worry for these people. Please give this show a chance, it is pretty good!

BioHazard
holbaird18 June 2022
The only team which treated airborne pathogens and biohazard waste properly was the team from CT. The owner of this business truly showed she cares about not only the safety of the earth but her employees as well by providing the best in PPE.

American Home team, Josh and Lianni should open their own business as no one, I mean mother spokeswoman included, does any work! Josh and Lianni, please wear more PPE's!!!

Sorta Reality
dirtninjacleaningllc18 June 2022
I own a cleaning company and immediately found this show sorta "made for tv". I was excited to watch a show on what I do everyday. However, I felt like the teams on this show were "made for tv". For people that "clean biohazard" for a living, their comments were not spot on. I clean residential and commercial and have cleaned places worse then some of the places in the show. For them to say "this is the worst place I've ever seen", and they clean biohazard, they should have seen places much worse. I feel like they threw these teams together just for tv, or only the owners of the companies are cleaning, just to be on TV, and have never dealt with the stiff their employees actually deal with! Sadie's team seems to be the most professional. Josh and Lianny, I hope they stay together, because they seem good together, but Josh's mom and dad stand and watch everyone do work. It's annoying! If you want people to work for you, you need to do the same jobs they do! This show, does show some of what cleaning people go through, but is not total reality! And, the weird intervals of them showing someone vacuuming a pool and vacuum and carpet in between scenes is just weird! I will continue to watch because this is what I do for a living, however it's not real life!

Best cleaning show on TV
mcauchon10 August 2021
Wow. Finally a show with heart and humor. Every other show is so dark. This show shows the love and compassion these cleaners have. Great job.

Cute Josh is Reason Enough to Watch
knuckles_johnson14 November 2022
Entertaining enough. Seems some of it might be scripted, but that's standard practice for so-called "reality" shows. They don't really show any of the homeowners, which is a breath of fresh air since this is about the cleaning of the home, not the resident. Anyway, Josh, with his curly hair and lovely eyes, is super-cute, so that's one major reason to watch. Actually, I really only watch for Josh. Anyway, after a few episodes the show becomes a bit repetitive, but it makes for great background TV viewing. If you are a clean freak and or a Virgo, then this show is for you. And did I mention how cute Josh is?

Seems fake!
sharlasharlaj30 June 2022
This show seems fake/scripted. Josh and Lianny are the only likable people out of the whole cast. Lots of product promotion, and lack of PPE. These people do not seem like professionally trained biohazard cleaners.

Mason seems like the most useless, lazy, spoiled kid I have ever seen. His mother, MIssy, constantly babies him and clearly favors him over Josh even though he doesn't work half as hard.

Why don't the bosses do anything but stand around?
Delfarat12 September 2021
It bugs me that the bosses just stand around and talk about what the others are doing.

Terrible
jakesgirl-805312 July 2022
None of these idiots know what they are doing !!!

No cleaning company would ever use paper towels. Half these crews don't even have protection or supplies. The air meter rating is laughable and not real .

Good job but too much product promotion.
KeriLovesHarold17 June 2022
The characters on this show appear to actually clean, but touting the products they use is too repetitive. The grime also appears to be too easily cleansed. This show definitely made me want to watch, but I'm losing interest quickly.

Mom is fake and a user
samualn26 June 2022
The mom just seems to uses the oldest son and his girlfriend to make them money. They are disgusting to me. She only seems cares about the youngest son. The dad seems so lazy just like the youngest son.

Stop using your own son! The girlfriend and son should make there own company an tv show they work hard and their work speaks for itself.

BEST SHOW IVE SEEN IN A LONG TIME! THANK YOU A&E
sadamarshall23 July 2021
This is one of the best shows that I've ever seen in such a long time. Anybody that criticizes this show has way too much time on their hands and it's probably a hater.

This show is brilliant and entertaining. I love the people on the show and I can't wait to see the other people that are going to appear on the show soon.

Who the hell cares what type of tools they use or what they're wearing as long as they can clean the hell out of some thing been that's all that matters. The work they did was phenomenal. I highly recommend this show.

Thank you A&E You guys really made a hit with this show called DIRTY ROTTEN CLEANERS.

PPE concerns!
oneluv-8303524 December 2022
Like the show.. it has potential but the lack of PPE is crazy to me.. Sadie was the most professional and did the job right while protecting her employees. I feel bad for Missy team bc she states she wants to make sure her employees are okay and hydrated but does nothing to remind them to wear any PPE.. the same episode she is talking about how roach feces causes respiratory problems.. her team is cleaning it up with no respiratory mask?? You also never seen them dispose of the biohazard in actual biohazard bins or bags... the ACS people are like able but seem to be all over the place with their jobs.

A Joke of a show.
writenurse15 July 2023
This is the most unprofessional and fake show on Biohazard cleaners I have ever seen. This is not how professional bio hazard folks are trained nor is it helpful in any way to the owners of these homes. Hoarding is a very serious psychiatric and or psychological illness, but these idiots think anyone literally anyone can take a bunch of bags, brooms, mops and cleansers to get stuff clean? Without identifying the triggers, the reasons this event occurs, there is nothing more than dumping trash and puking in the bushes.

What these yokels cannot address, diagnose, or treat are the reasons why this happens. It just seems like the entire series is fake and staged.

So if you don't want to watch a bunch of people doing all they can to actually spread disease and toxicity to the environment, skip this one.

My take away points: The couple of Ponce Bay? There's money there. Entitlement. Privilege. And a definite ability to get other people to clean up their crap hole of a "storage bunker". That place was and probably still is, a haven for Hanta Virus. It should be completely sanitized and then permanently sealed off. Put in a wine cellar? That woman is delusional.

Then, the one guy freaks out over the bedbugs and walks off the job. Who can blame him? Smartest dude on the crews.

I think these "bio experts" are full of stuff quite similar to the crap they get paid to haul away.

Finally, what kind of training, licensing, certification, monitoring, and disposal of material are they required to have? Insurance? Equipment? They used a shop Vac to clean out the Hanta Virus bunker. Seriously, a shop Vac???

These people are jokes and give real professionals a very bad name and reputation.

Disgusting.

want to see it all
wreynard7 April 2024
Why can't they show what it looks like at the very end when it is finished. It still looks like *rap half the time when they are done. Someone still can't live there. I want to see the finish house. Why can't they get pictures from whoever comes in and finishes the house. Maybe Have a follow up of all the homes you have cleaned and how the people are do. And I agree Missy just loves to talk herself up and get a lot of attention. We want pictures, we want pictures of the finished houses. We want pictures of what the houses look like. I like the older son and his girlfriend, but the younger son is not too bright.

That Mason kid is an idiot
kmark-0023217 January 2023
Warning: Spoilers
The show seems fine. Shout out to Kyle whom I saw many years ago on the YouTube channel, Crime Scene Cleaning. I'm glad to see he's still in the bio-cleaning business and I hope to see him open his own company one day!

Okay, now on to my original point: what really irked me was in S1E4, American Family Bioclean was working on a project where the entire house was laden with cat feces and urine. That dumb boy, Mason, said that he believed the cats that lived there were well fed and healthy. Ummm, I'm sorry, what? How stupid do you have to be to believe that? It was obviously a pet hoarding situation and the elderly lady that lived there couldn't care for her animals. It was seemingly very tragic and sad. Whatever animals that were saved from that home were probably re-homed but I imagine there were very sickly and dying animals residing in that house.

Missy needs to get off the show.
kristophercriner6 October 2022
She doesn't even help clean... she just goes around and tells them how to do their job, when they know how to. Then she is always using the word "we". The cleaners should be the one sharing what's going on, not her. She's not the one doing the work. I get she's the owner and part of her job is making sure the cleaners do their job, but she's taking credit for work she is having others do.

On another note, the cleaners do a great job. I enjoy watching and listening to them. Just not missy. This show would be so much better without her. Unless for some reason she decided to help.

I mean come on. In one episode the workers were busting their a** while she went and got her hair done...

Where is the PPE?
bippser19 February 2023
Missy drives me crazy. If she screams about seeing a rat, then why is she in the business? She is way too loud and obnoxious and their cleaning isn't that great. If they are in the bio cleaning business, why are they not consistent with wearing PPE? Using strong chemicals without a respirator is uncomfortable to watch. It is also hard to watch someone cleaning a bacteria and feces filled bathroom with only a pair of gloves, or cleaning up roach droppings without a mask. It would be a cold day in hell before I would hire them. It makes me wonder what they would wear to a decomp cleanup!

The company out of Connecticut is much better. At least they wear their PPE.
