The Real Housewives of Atlanta is reportedly about to undergo a transformation as the cast gets shaken up ahead of Season 16.
Kandi Burruss, a mainstay on the Bravo reality series since Season 2, is now the longest-running housewife across all franchises. The media mogul is weighing in on the reported cast shakeup and says she’s open to having Nene Leakes return to the show.
“I forget about that sometimes,” Burruss told Access Hollywood about being the longest-running housewife on Bravo. “I’ve been on 14 seasons of The Real Housewives, so yeah, that does make me the longest-running housewife of all the franchises.”
Burruss says that Rhoa producers don’t tell her anything about rumored casting changes for the new season.
“They are definitely shaking things up,” Burruss confirms. “They haven’t said who they are bringing back from the current cast. There are so many rumors [about] a couple of previous...

With nine shows in rotation — including three that debuted in the last month — Bravo’s “The Real Housewives” franchise is going strong. But what does the future of the franchise, which kicked off with “Orange County” back in 2006, look like?
During the “Ask Andy” panels at BravoCon held 10 days ago, executive producer Andy Cohen described the current slate as “a very strong period with ‘Housewives’ right now,” adding “there’s no new ‘Housewives’ that have crossed my desk that are in the offing.”
While there are no new “Housewives” shows coming, Cohen did share some details on where the franchise is heading next.
Future ‘Housewives’ will be more inclusive
“There was a mandate a few years ago across the board that Bravo be more culturally inclusive,” Cohen said during his panel. “I think if you look at the make up of the shows, how they changed in the last five years,...

BravoCon is back.
The fan experience, taking place Oct. 14-16 at the Javits Center in New York City, is returning for the first time since its inaugural edition in 2019.
With over 140 “Bravolebrities” set to participate in over 60 live events, BravoCon will shine a spotlight on the network’s top series. The casts from multiple cities in “The Real Housewives” franchise will turn out en masse — with a notable absence of Lisa Rinna from the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” panel. Nor will “Beverly Hills” cast member Diana Jenkins be on the panel, which includes Garcelle Beauvais, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Crystal Minkoff,...
