fine exploration of nuances of familiar text
Kirpianuscus10 February 2023
You know the text. Maybe, very well. But this short adaptation has the obvious desire to be more than good, correct or beautiful, precise or interesting adaptation.

It use the pieces offered by the text of Edgar Allan poe for explore the soul of a perfect , polite and kind in some measure butler , and the roots of his radical gesture.

The result is, off course, fascinating. And little more, the basic motif being the fair and inspired interpretation of lead actor. You feel the feelings animating the butler, first, grace to details.

In short, a seductive film and new perspective, not so new but provocative about the universe ofered by. The Tell Tale Heart.
