There is so much in this episode. First we have the opening of the nightclub and the presentation of the vampire rapper. The vampire subculture seems to be represented by many of the same forces that are part of the mainstream. We have Nando with a "big" wish for the djinn. We know that he will be screwed in the end because he and Guillermo can't think of everything. But I love that the offspring of Collin Robinson has grown up (in a couple days) playing Legos and ming fascinated with musical comedy. Laszlo is furious at his interests and keeps hammering that home. Anyway, he manages to save the day for Nadja.

Guillermo really is clever

Warning: Spoilers
The S4 lull continues. The writers were definitely out of ideas this season. Nadja starting a vampire nightclub is only somewhat interesting. It just doesn't have that spark of originality that I expect from the show.
I would have given this episode a 7 - it seems like this season is a lot of 7s, certainly watchable but not up to the shows' standards - except for the plotline with Guillermo and Nandor trying to think of every, Freakng. Way. The djinn can screw up Nandor's wish. Guillermo guessing at the last minute that the djinn planned to shrink every other guy's penis was genius. What would they do without Gizmo to save them?
I usually love Fred Armisen but not to cast him as a particularly loopy vampire is such a wasted opportunity.

Great episode

Wow... that other user review for this episode is, um, interesting. Though I guess I shouldn't expect anything less from this site's userbase. I mean, personally I'd argue pop country or Christian rock is the worst sound in the world, but whatever. Anyways, great episode. Rap music is great. As far as I'm concerned this season's been all bangers.
