"Terminus" is a 2011 short film written and directed by Solomon Chase, the second film from him in both areas. It runs for approximately 10 minutes, not 6 as stated on the title's IMDb page. The only reason it is somewhat known is the participation from child actor Chandler Riggs, who plays the main character's son on "The Walking Dead". Unfortunately, my assumption from that show that he is not a particularly talented actor cannot be refuted by his work here. The script is pretty weak, the acting isn't much better. If anything, this film delivers from a technical perspective. The soundtrack makes it nicely atmospheric and the generally dark creepy visuals help as well in that area. Sadly, this cannot make up for the major flaws this film has in the areas previously mentioned. Not recommended, not even for "Walking Dead" fans.
