Cute little film
searchanddestroy-112 December 2014
One more little film that, I guess, no one, or nearly, has seen. Like so many others, such a shame. The tale of a female film director who suffers of a lack of inspiration. She is invited in very tiny meetings in order to promote her last features, and talk about them. A painful experience for our lead. A female film maker in psychological distress. I like this movie, that shows us how it is hard, a true battlefield to make a film and to share it with audiences, especially when you are not a wide known director. Noémie Nowsky - also a director in actual life - is outstanding in this film, as the lead. A very interesting character study which not many people were interested in.

A nice film for stories, romance, for frustrations of middle age lady returning to her homevillage, meeting her love of youth, sustaining a tour who reveals her personality, discovering a young disciple, inspiring a student from Cot d Ivoire and understang , on a bridge, the meaning of...kiss.

I admitt, the kick to see it was the presence in cast of Julien Baumgartner. In same measure, I appreciated the beautiful job of Noemie Lvovsky. The result, a seductive film, few interesting scenes and some cliches.

A French comedy, minor but not bad crafted , about refuges, illusions and expectations . And, sure, about time passing.
