New images also released of the feature centred on the first person to successfully swim the English Channel.
Justin Hardy’s Captain Webb, which tells the story of the first man to successfully swim the English Channel in 1875, is set to be released in cinemas on August 14. Miramax handles worldwide TV distribution.
The film stars Warren Brown (Luther, Good Cop) in the lead role of Captain Webb, whilst Terry Mynott (The Mimic) plays Captain Paul Boyton, Webb’s Us rival who developed a rubber, kayak-like suit for his own crossing attempt.
Steve Oram (Sightseers) assumes the role of Webb’s eccentric trainer Professor Beckwith, whilst Hannah Tointon (The Inbetweeners), Georgia Maguire (Love me till Monday) and Tom Stourton (Horrible Histories) make up the principle cast.
British Sea Power provide the soundtrack.

Who are the stars of tomorrow in TV, film and theatre?
Digital Spy presents its predictions for 2015 - in no particular order, here are seven young actors, writers, comedians and musicians who look destined to make an impression on the world of entertainment this year.
1. Billy Howle
After graduating from the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in 2013, Billy Howle quickly landed television work in Channel 4's New Worlds and on ITV's Vera.
But the young actor first came to our attention last year with his powerful performance as the troubled James in sorely underrated countryside thriller Glue.
Next up for the talented Howle is a plum role in BBC One's adaptation of Laurie Lee's Cider with Rosie, which is due to be broadcast later in 2015.
2. Hannah Britland
A graduate from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, Hannah Britland launched her television acting career with early roles in Misfits and Skins.

Now the cast of Humans has been revealed and fans of Dark City and Kill List should be pleased.
Press Release – “William Hurt (A History of Violence, Damages), Katherine Parkinson (The It Crowd, The Honourable Woman), Tom Goodman-Hill (The Devil’s Whore, Mr Selfridge), Colin Morgan (Merlin, The Fall), Rebecca Front (The Thick Of It, Just William), Neil Maskell (Utopia, The Mimic) and Gemma Chan (Dates, Fresh Meat) are to star in Humans – the ambitious new co-production from Channel 4, AMC and Kudos.

Jake checks out the new series of The Mimic, a Channel 4 comedy starring the impersonation talents of Terry Mynott...
Review
The first series of The Mimic was a pleasant surprise. Most recent sitcoms had been targeted at the younger side of the typical 18-35 demographic. But The Mimic broke the trend by being a little more grown-up in its outlook.
Terry Mynott, last seen in celeb-parodying Very Important People, plays gifted yet unsuccessful Martin Hurdle, a lowly site maintenance worker who amuses himself and his friends with uncanny impressions of film and TV stars, finding out he has a teenage son. Living in the same house as his happy-go-lucky landlady Jean who herself goes through a string of unsuitable boyfriends, his world is shaken up further by the news that his son's mother has terminal cancer. The use of impressions for a narrative story rather than just a parody...

Strike a light, guv – here are five of cinema's most memorable cockneys. Who else belongs on the list?
Cockneys have been a part of the cinematic landscape for years – see Ealing comedies such as Passport to Pimlico (1949), which had more than enough born-and-bred Londoners for a fine old knees-up round the Joanna.
There are many types of cinematic cockney – they're not merely one-dimensional east Londoners, born with rhyming dictionaries stored away in their loaves of bread. To prove this, here are five different types of cockney. A cockney compendium, if you will.
Please be aware that some of the clips contain a few rude words. Not Mary Poppins, obviously.
1. Alfie – Sir Michael Caine
Even though he was born south of the river, in Camberwell, Caine epitomised the newly-fashionable working-class Londoner; this was the movie that made him a star.

"Ooh sweet and juicy pears." "You might as well dunk your head in a bowl of sugar." "Coooooooooor!" Yup, you guessed it, John and Gregg are back with yet another series of MasterChef, full to the brim with shouting, innuendo and serious discussions about courgette flowers.
But do we still need MasterChef in a post-Bake Off world? Have Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood's cream buns and soggy bottoms made Gregg and John's buttery biscuit bases a thing of the past?
And has Gregg managed to take a break from browsing for young fillies on Twitter to get his gob in a chocolate pud?

Terry Mynott brings some much-needed imagination to the world of TV impressions in his new sitcom The Mimic.
Although his Terry Wogan, Attenborough and Morgan Freeman voices are remarkably good, this show isn't merely a vehicle to showcase his vocal talents - it's an intriguing sitcom in its own right.
Watch two clips from The Mimic below:
Based around an everyday maintenance man called Martin, whose only talent is his exceptional ability at impressions, this new series has an original and smart concept.
Mynott, Jo Hartley, Neil Maskell, Jacob Anderson and Sharon Duncan-Brewster all star.
