Michael Ray has made it his personal mission to help the healing after the Las Vegas shooting – forming bonds with survivors he met in October during his hospital visit there.
The “Think a Little Less” singer, 29, was among the artists who performed at the Route 91 Festival, taking the stage two days before the Oct. 1 shooting that left 58 dead and 489 injured. Days later, he was contacted by Musicians On Call, a national nonprofit that places artists at hospital bedsides, and he was invited to return to Las Vegas.

Last week’s pit stop from the war between The Saviors and everybody else continues this week as the allied forces communicate to the various communities what has transpired so far – mainly that The Saviors are all but defeated. These stalling episodes are a much maligned trope of the show but the traditional war narrative has always welcomed time for the reflection.
The episode opens with troops returning to their respective communities and handing out notes, detailing the events that took place in the previous episodes, to those who remained. The Kingdom mourn their dead, having taken the heaviest casualties and we learn that King Ezekiel (Khary Payton) has become a depressed recluse.
We then jump over to Rick’s (Andrew Lincoln) subplot for the episode and it turns out that that long road he was heading down at the...

Chrissy Teigen certainly got into the party spirit on a very busy Saturday. In the morning, she and her 1 and 1/2-year-old daughter Luna went shopping. Teigen wore a long, emerald green, draped, asymmetrical wrap gown that showed plenty of cleavage. One the way to the event, the supermodel and Lip Sync Battle star chowed down on what appeared to be leftover pasta. "Lay off, I'm starving!" she joked in a Snapchat video, parodying the late Chris Farley's famous SNL...

It's been a year without Alberto "Juan Gabriel" Aguilera Valadez, and although his void remains, his legacy is stronger than ever. "El Divo de Juarez" was one of a kind and he inspired people with who he was on and off the stage. He was unapologetically himself, and because of that strength alone, he helped so many. His music, just like him, was incredibly unique, astounding and legendary. We were lucky enough to have him, but we know that there will only be one Juan Gabriel. In the morning of August 28, 2016, the world lost Juan Gabriel. He died of natural causes at his home in Santa Monica, California. He was 66. The star was scheduled to perform that Sunday...

Cara Delevingne‘s been on a style and beauty streak the past few weeks while promoting her new film, Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets.
The actress and model is having fun experimenting with epic hairstyles since she’s shaved her head, testing out everything from gradient green glitter to silver metallic flecks to sculpted finger waves. And her outfits have been just as daring, like the itty-bitty, sci-fi-inspired Versace mini she wore to the Mexico City premiere Wednesday night.
The star also stepped out with cool new cotton candy-inspired pastel pink highlights painted over her silvery platinum color.

“May you live to be a thousand years old, sir.” Still the most widely unheralded great movie on the books, John Patrick Shanley’s lightweight/profound fable is an unmitigated delight. See Tom Hanks at the end of the first phase of his career plus Meg Ryan in an unacknowledged career highlight. How can a movie be so purposely insubstantial, and yet be ‘heavier’ than a dozen pictures with ‘big things to say?’

Want to make a short film based on one of Stephen King's stories? Chances are that it'll only cost you a dollar...
Stephen King is, you might say, a bit prolific. With over 50 novels, 6 nonfiction books, and 200 short stories to his name (or Richard Bachman's), King has one of the hardest-working pens/typewriters/laptops in the writing world. And best of all, when it comes to King's work, quantity does equal quality.
That's probably why Hollywood is constantly optioning his countless works for big blockbuster film adaptations. Guys like Frank Darabont, Brian De Palma, Stanley Kubrick, George A. Romero, John Carpenter, Lawrence Kasdan, and Rob Reiner have all taken stabs (no pun intended) at his work. Many of them are even great films that hold their own, which is very rare in the novel-to-film adaptation business, especially when the source material is as high-profile as King's.

Bruno Mars thinks there's no exaggerating the vocal talents of Adele. The "24K Magic" star recently opened up to the radio show Cubby & Carolina Bermudez In The Morning about working with the British Grammy winner on her song "All I Ask."
More: Adele's Boyfriend Surprises Her in the Sweetest Way on Their 5th Anniversary
"She's incredible," Mars began. "There was a moment when she was singing in the booth -- and I'm not exaggerating at all -- the water was vibrating...like you know that scene in Jurassic Park? The water starts jiggling. She's got some pipes on her, and she's just a superstar."
And she knows what to do with her all-star voice -- Mars says Adele is very professional and exacting about how to create music.
"She walks into the studio, she's got all this attitude, she's a diva, she's like, 'I don't want to do this. I don't like that,'" he said...

Ted Kotcheff’s “Billy Two Hats” (1974) is one of those off-beat kind of movies they made back in the mid-Seventies when studios still believed in small, realistic films that focused on character more than shoot-outs, believable story lines more than special effects and solid performances by seasoned actors who knew their craft more than flashy histrionics by shiny boys and girls who just stepped off the front pages of the supermarket tabloids. It’s not a great film by any means. It’s slow, and a bit heavy handed in getting across the themes contained in Alan Sharp’s (“Osterman Weekend,” “Ulzana’s Raid”) script, but it’s worth watching, if only so you can say you’ve seen the only “Kosher Western” ever made.

Los Angeles producer and master of non-marketing Zhu had begun to release songs from his debut album, Generationwhy, all the way back in February – but he’s had this one, titled “Palm of My Hand,” on the back burner far longer, having dropped it in his sets for over a year now.
The track begins with a melancholy electric guitar solo before Zhu’s own vocals share the arrangement with a series of other instrumental samples. A female voice speaking in French accompanies a violin melody at the end of the track, making it one of the artist’s more acoustically rich productions.
Zhu opened his BBC Radio 1 debut last year with “Palm of My Hand” – in addition to using it in numerous live sets throughout his 2015 tours. The single has seen negligible changes, if any between now and then, which means that he’s held onto it specifically to...
