a family reunion.flavor of Russian tradition.forbidden kiss. and the clash between past and future, desire and duty. result - a seductive film. more for its potential. but enough for suggest facts and atmosphere. only problem - the scene from the church. to mix a gay love story with the Holy Eucharisty remains, against the good intentions, obvious blasphemy. and the unclear event who give birth to the family reunion. short, a decent French film about the Russian community, with smart references to contemporary situation of diaspora, with the spirit of competition between families and with two kisses as spices. to say more it is not easy, because it is only a sketch. not memorable. not bad. only decent.
