That reveal though

Seriously this show doesn't let up, three major storylines converged and a big secret was revealed. Great acting and well developed storyline.

Superior

A pretty nice episode centred around a bomber and his targeted campaign. This episode brings in much-needed suspense which was missing in the last couple, thus making it superior.

Front Toward the Enemy

Warning: Spoilers
We haven't seen someone guess wrong on a bomb on TV in a long time and there was no reason to expect that to happen here. I don't want the show to get sidetracked though and this former soldier should not be The Punisher's focus. There is plenty to accomplish in four episodes and for a show that seemed to be racing to the finish early on, now it seems to be dragging its feet when it shouldn't.

Castle evading the police was fun TV. It is always ridiculous when they do this, but nevertheless entertaining.

Redundant Formulaic Plot

Warning: Spoilers
This episode is the same formula as the last. You have a FEW interesting moments sprinkled in with lots BORING dialogues.

The top of the episode begins with a boring dialogue that works its way into ANOTHER boring dialogue that ends with a bombing. Ironic, huh? The opening was bombing and then it was saved by a bombing.

The David character is consistently creating danger. This is the guy who insisted on being "partners" with Frank. And now we watch him unilaterally sneaking off to see Madani without consulting with Frank.

And, of course, they had to throw in Russo and Madani. Which is more evidence that Madani is too young and naive for her position. This is the woman who discovered her office is being bugged. But she's not bright enough to realize her "friends" might be enemies?

Over the last 3 episodes the story has been bogging down more and more. As someone pointed out, there are only four episodes left and LOTS of loose ends to tie up. I'm betting the writers don't get it done. We'll see . . . .
