Excellent as usual

Excellent episode as usual.

To the reviewer who claims the casting was wrong because Lucy 'is white'. Lucy is played by Alice Connor, granddaughter of Carry On actor Kenneth Connor. She also is the granddaughter of a beautiful Chinese lady. Don't judge people by their appearance, you shallow person.

Hate is a strong word but..

Thank goodness Sister Ursula is gone. I honestly think I would have stopped watching CTMW if she stayed. Her character totally went against the grain of the show. I honestly don't think I've hated a character on show more than her.

One of my favorite episodes.

I disagree with another reviewer that the girl playing the half asian girl "was clearly *white*". My boys are mixed. 2 look completely white, the youngest you cannot tell he has ANY white. You sound racist. And I LOOOOVE this episode. My favorite character is the Chinese MIL. What a strong woman. When she told the story of losing her newborn while on the run, I cried!!

Sister Ursula. Ugh.

Warning: Spoilers
Spoilers. Observations. Opinions.

Sister Ursula. If she is leaving, great. She has alienated several people, and the atmosphere is not good. She is a pain, although well-meaning.

Sister Julienne does a wonderful job of running the house. Everyone likes her, and her methods are quite humane in getting others to help in getting things done.

The gap is that Pam Ferris has left. Another gap is actually a disappointment that Chummy didn't come back like we thought she would.

We are missing Sister Mary Cynthia. Maybe she is off getting emotional counseling.

Good performances again by the actors portraying Dr. Turner and his wife, Shelagh.
