Unfinished!

Warning: Spoilers
I suppose there is a promise that this series will continue since the last episode was released in March. Some things were wrapped up, but the worst of the worst is still free. While there is some rest for the weary, several issues remain untouched or in limbo. I have a feeling if this next season comes out, I will just ignore it. I didn't get a real vibe and there are a lot of shows that could be chosen over it. This is so heavy handed.

Needs focus

The ending could have been so much better! Way too much time is spent too wrapping up side stories when it could have been used to further develop the main storyline. The wrap up was messy, and the side stories added nothing.

Somewhat stiff. Could have been better

4/4/18. I was getting into the British crime series and gave this a try. For the most part, it just seemed somewhat stiff and prodding. Probably could have been better as it had some potential.

Ironic and underwhelming

To think that the British resent being considered xenophobic... Kip (ironically Kip that means "chicken" in Dutch), the noble policewoman donates UK citizenships to Middle Easters while the UK citizens voted for Brexit. Because they do not want any more Europeans ... Sort of contradictory statements.

Apart from this schizophrenic attitude, it's unclear what was the point of the MP ex wife and the gay priest and her illegal lover and how exactly the whole thing stuck together.

But what's a messy script, as long as the UK is not a nasty little country? (apart against the rest of Europe, of course)
