Followed by the President Clinton 1998 Declared War Against Iraq, Justification Weapons of Mass Destruction, as the Iraq War that Republican President G.W. Bush "Inherited".
President Clinton's 1993 to 2001 Destruction of the U.S. Defense created a U.S. Military that was not Trained nor Equipped for War. U.S. Military no longer had the Combat Experience Officers and NCOs from the 1990 to 1991 "First Gulf War', as Too Many were Kicked Out as Reduction In Forced, or Retired.
