The only remedying episode of season 2. This episode was great. This episode shed light on Mad Sweeney's past. He got to shine after all gis troubles. The writing was really impressive. Wish most of the episodes were like this.

To everyone getting upset, they just covered in an earlier episode that unless it's suicide, they can come back. I'll be pissed if that doesn't happen as be was easily the best character and actor in the show and his screens with dead wife have been until this episode nearly the only this good in this weak season.

Pablo Schreiber hasn't been an impressive actor to me until this series. As Mad Sweeney, he really brings something to the role he plays. Whatever has brought this ability out in him, I hope he keeps it up in future roles.
So far, this series hasn't been the kind of thing that I usually enjoy. The walking corpse that is the Laura Moon character is disgusting at times, but there are a few good characters. Maybe the third season will be bearable, but the first two have had me jumping past the scenes with the frog skin vaping kid and Mr. World.
Except for Schreiber's performance, the whole thing has been kind of a 'Meh".

Season 2 has so far been mostly boring filler with little character development or story progression. This episode finally had some of both not to mention Sweeney's story was very well done and his death was very sad. Too bad him and Laura were the only good characters. Without him I'll probably stop watching after episode 8. On another note am I the only one who hates shadow? He was boring in season 1 and refused to believe anything he saw was real. Now in season 2 sweeney and laura keep telling him not to trust Wednesday yet he refuses to listen even though Wednesday is clearly manipulating him. Then after all of that he kills sweeney who like I said was the best character.

Killing off the most entertaining character of the series was a bad decision. Although the story of Mad Sweeney was interesting & well done, killing him was a mistake. The series already struggles with a lack of enthalling characters. Sweeney & the dead girl have been the only exception. Odin should come across as the intriguing centrepiece of the series, but kind of lost it in this season. So there's not much left

That's about it really.
If you like fifty mins plus of sad drunks, this will entertain.

This show is going in the pooper. I think I just barely could tell if I loved or hated it in the first place and I hate it. I only liked Mad Sweeney in the first place, Shadow is absolutely ridiculously stupid. I do hope he finds out that Wednesday killed his mother, will certainly push him if just knowing his wife didn't. I haven't watched S2E8 yet but I can't say I'll like it.
