It's been a few recent seasons of very lazy writing, predictable jokes and boring plots for the most part. Granted there have been some good jokes and laughs here and there (mostly a smile tops), but then I watched this episode and absolutely laughed my ass off. Reminded me of the first seasons (and some mid seasons episodes) where I would just burst out laughing at how genius Seth and the cast can be...
Two thumbs up and hope for more!

Joe with Consuela's voice was the highlight, but this was actually a pretty decent episode of Family Guy. Brian is at his best when he is flirting with women and even if it was just a voice-controlled home device tonight it still had some laughs.
The body switching was a little corny, but there were still funny parts, even the immature moments of Chris and Stewie loving the ability to pleasure themselves in Brian's body.

This bodyswap episode was interesting for what it's worth. Stewie didn't help Brian get a job, but it was interesting when they suddenly switch with Chris and Peter and then switch a lot of other people's bodies, even the deceased Muriel Goldman and Diane Simmons. The episode also made a lot of good jokes out of the voices switching, like having Bruce and the Kool-Aid guy switch when they say "Oh no" and "Oh yeah." Just when everyone else is back in their own bodies, Brian is in Peter's body and he gets to have sex with Lois.

Absolutely hilarious. Any fan of Family Guy will be thoroughly entertained. These other reviews, regardless of show, will always talk about how the show has been lacking or unfunny but this only points out the faults of the reviewers for wasting their time to watch a show they don't like or waste time writing a review tearing down an episode while trying to sound like a high and mighty expert.
The plain and simple truth is that Family Guy is one of the best shows on television and it's history and fan base prove it. If you don't like it that's fine but anyone coming to read a user review for a certain episode is going to already be a fan of the show knowing full-well what to expect as far as comedy style is concerned. No one expects a show to be perfect but reading episode reviews written like a film review is ridiculous. If you like the episode then give a review stating that. If not, write one saying you don't care for it but treat readers like the fans of the show who don't need to be told the episode was funny while the last seasons sucked.

This is the funniest Family Guy episode in years. The concept of them all switching bodies could have been banal and unoriginal, but the jokes and gags landed left, right and centre.
Joe with Conseula's voice was hilarious, as was Quagmire's matter-of-fact realisation that they've switched bodies (thanks to Stewie's hilariously bad impression of Peter)... even though nobody else including Lois seems to have noticed.
Though the ending was a little predictable, I was very glad they chose to finish with Brian in Peter's body, having fulfilled his long-awaited quest to bed Lois.
Lois: You didn't listen to a word in the (how to help your wife orgasm) seminar, did you? Peter (AKA Brian): No I did not. I mean... the movie Roadhouse.
Above all, as others have mentioned, it was a creative episode. But of course, unlike a lot of other episodes, the concept was strong. When a concept or situation is strong, the comedy flows naturally, and that's what really worked in Switch The Flip. None of it felt forced, and there were actually zero cutaways.
Stewie/Brian are the strongest pairing in the show, and this episode exemplifies this in hilarious style.

Family Guy is a Show I loved since I was 16 years old & I still Love it. It's has had some shaky parts but it still a great show. I was Really Looking Forward to this Episode "Switch the Flip" where Stewie and Brian Switch Bodies & I Loved This Episode. So in The Episode Stewie invents a Body Swaping Machine where Brain and Him can Switch Bodies. However Things get out Hand when Chris and Peter start a fight and roll into Stewie's Room cause the four to Switch Bodies. I Love the part of episode where Peter's in Stewie's Body he does this Mirror dance with Stewie in his Body. I also Enjoy the Ending where Brian is in Peter's Body & has Sex with Lois. Anyway Great Episode :) 10/10
