He wasn't homophobic at all, he was actually quite lovely. If you had watched the whole episode you would have seen the guest and Karamo discuss the incident of being pulled over at length. They did a great job and I feel there were definitely inroads made with the guest, his buddies, and his attitude. He was willing and kind and I thought it was a great episode.

I couldn't even make it through

I usually love Queer Eye, but this episode is painful. First he introduces himself by having his friend pull over the Fab 5 and acting like a complete jerk and then going just kidding! This was after scaring them. Then they find Trump signs in his garage and the redneck says "To each their own!" and it's all very annoying. I have no idea why they're doing a show to makeover someone who actually seems a bit on the homophobic side. Maybe he changed during the episode, but I just couldn't as it was played for laughs and I didn't find it very funny.
