Great moments between Eleanor and Michael. Loved how Michael bonded with a fellow architect. Andrew Daly does his same schtick he's known for, but he's so fun. Bittersweet little ending.

The Tahani plot was also pretty good, but I think a little more time could have been spent on her relationship with her sister.

After last weeks episode I was not sure if the good place could come back. Glad to see I was wrong. BUt the writers are all over the place this season. Its like they crammed 3 season into this one season, but then rushed through everything...

Maybe hire natives (or a good translator) next time?

I have enjoyed The Good Place thoroughly and I still do! I just want to leave this here: as a native Hungarian, I find myself wondering why the Hungarian parts weren't translated well ("engedte el*" was used instead of "elengedte") if they were not to be actually said by a native speaking actor. I mean, it can't be that hard to pay attention to it if you include an entire episode that takes place in the country of the language that's being used.. This way it kind of leaves the impression that any language that is foreign can be butchered since "no one" will question it's accuracy. That's just wrong. I hope this will be taken into account in any future case with any language that is not English.

According to Rotten Tomatoes, the third season of The Good Place has a rating of 98%, based on 47 reviews. I was quite excited about the third season. I'm really wanting this to be so.

Here parents come to the fore, with Eleanor meeting mom and setting things straight. Tahani reconciles with her sister after realising their mom and dad were the w word. Eleanor's realization about her mom was quite emotional for sure.
