Reaction / Review for Manifest Season 1 Episode 16: Episode 15 was great and I gave it a rating of 8/10. Ben's family is on vacation? When did this happen? Oh it's a flashback, now it makes sense. Is Zeke an alcoholic or something? They all have the ''Stop him'' calling, wondering what this is. Is something going on between Zeke and Michaela? There is let's say tension between them. Wow, Cal predicts that his family is about to die? That's crazy. Wow the scene with Griffin vomiting is crazy. The Major is a therapist, what's going on? Things got trippy. Grace is pregnant? But who is the father? Wow. Zeke vs Jared, let's go! Crazy cliffhanger too. My rating is 9/10.

From the moment Griffin was introduced they referred to the double homicide he committed numerous times. However they kept saying he killed 2 armed guards when that's not the case in the armored truck heist scene that was shown. Griffin was sitting inside the getaway van while the two other accomplices tased the guards, grabbed the bags and walked towards the getaway van, at which point, griffin opens the doors, and pulls out a gun and shoots the two accomplices, not the two armed guards. You would think that a show like this would catch continuity errors. There are more instances I've noticed, this was just the most outstanding one.

Hopefully the bullet will ricochet around the room and get Micheala, Jared and Zeke all at once, then hover around the room waiting for Ben and Grace.

Because the show runners used a generic series checklist to create this show. "We gotta have this." "We gotta have that." I think the show creators probably owe me money.

I watched all sixteen episodes. Some were okay, some were pretty terrible. Only about 3 of them were really considered 'great'; but I prevailed, just for the sake of finding out what the big twist at the end would be. The little breadcrumbs of mystery tempted me to want to stay with this sinking ship just long enough to find out what the reveal would be.

You know what the reveal was? Nothing. There was no reveal. In fact, it was the most anticlimactic finale I've ever seen. We're back at square one - we know absolutely nothing about the plane, its mystery or the passengers. There were no answers, and not even much action.

Instead, we got a bizarrely strung together finale based on plot arcs only just introduced one episode before - but everything else? It just got thrown out the window. There was one "we're all going to die" plot twist, but there hadn't been a single clue leading up to it before this episode. I'm fully convinced that Jeff Rake just made this show up as he went along.

At the very least, there could have been a showdown with the Big Bad they called "the Major". After all, they spent half the season building up to it, making the Major an ominous and scary character. Instead, they shelved and forgot about her. But guess what?

We got ONE revelation in the finale...

Grace is pregnant with a baby of the other man. Nothing about the plane or the passengers. No reveals. Instead, we get more family drama.

Nope, that's it. I'm done. I won't be tuning in next season - or ever again.
