Why though ?
aboalhyjaa4 November 2019
Warning: Spoilers
I am a big fan of DC world and this show but from the first 5 minutes of this episode one thing keeps coming through my head, why ? No seriously why ? Why is it so bad that robbin lied to them that Jericho died to protect him ? Why they all left ? Why Rachel gone away ? Why is Starfire and Blackfire storyline is only coming now ? Why is the storyline from season 1 (Rachel) in the all 9 episodes didnt make it 10 minutes in each episode ? And the most important one, Why did Robbin beat up the cops and why did Peaceboy ran away when conner started to beat up the cops to ? WHY ?!

Trap door to a bad storyline

Was literally loving the show until this episode. Bad manipulative writing will do that. And it was going so well until now.

Potential done wrong
nelbart815 May 2020
I love the series, but it feels like there is no direction.

Not one strong character who can make decisions.

The reactions of the characters are so wrong, no person in their right mind would react to situations in that manner.

If the story would just take direction and character development to heart and stop taking one step forward and three steps back, this show would be outstanding.

Please don't mess this up!!!!!

Hoping it gets better from here

I have mixed feelings for this episode!
asb_deutsch2 November 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Slade infoms Dick with pride that he won and Dick is now alone. Loneliness tends to play tricks on the mind. Believe it, I have experinced this emotion as it is very complex but beating & bashing cops was way too silly by the writers.

The only bonding that seemed logical was between Connor and Gar. The rest of the gang parts ways after learning the ugly truth and you can predict that this scene was going to come sooner or later.

Titans fall. I think of some tragedy in the upcoming episodes and Superboy will unite the rest of the team members

My rating for this episode: 7/10 Season 1: 60/8 = 7.5 Season 2: 64.5/8 = 7.17

DEATHSTROKE'S PLAN SUCCEEDS
markq-756542 November 2019
Warning: Spoilers
So this episode Dick confronts the team and tell them the truth about Jericho. The team feeling betrayed, they all leave and go their separate ways.

Hank and Dawn spilt up due to everything going on. Rachel leaves on her own same goes for Donna. Jason and Rose go off together. Kory leaves to deal with her sister. Dick then leaves to deal with his own business. This leaves Gar to stay at titans tower and tend to Conner. This is a great series part of the episode, Gar is trying to bring the titans back and stay positive. Then Gar and Conner are great together, both have great energy and find fun at of almost anything.

When then see Conner go off attacking cops thinking their enemies. He starts to throw the cops and even uses heat vision on them. Gar scared and unable to due anything leaves.

Meanwhile Kory deal with her sister taking over her friend. Starfire kills her friend and talks to Black fire who has killed their parents and is now queen.

When then see Dick meet with Jericho's mother and be apologizes her for what he's done. Jericho's mother doesn't accept his apology. She then direct him to another room when Slade is sitting in a chair watching TV.

Slade tells Dick he won and Dick is now alone, he also tells Dick if he ever puts the titans back together he'll kill them. Dick then goes to the airport to get away from everyone and everything. But Dick instead beats up two security guards and gets arrested by cops.

This episode was interesting, we really see the effect of Dick's lies. We also see Slade win and gloat about it to Dick. It was also very fun to see Conner and Gar together. And Dick getting arrested is very interesting, it really shows how this guilt is effecting him. That he goes as far to get him self arrested. A very good episode that gets us excited for what's to come.

TITANS FALLS
viraaj-8344211 November 2019
Warning: Spoilers
In this episode we get a very interest storyline. Titans dissembling. The last six episodes have been all perfect or close to it, this episode definitely took a fall at it because of the plot set up. In the long run this episode will make sense but right now it's a loose string. I like gar and Connor until Connor goes beast mode and gar doesn't do anything about it. The Raven clip was there for a second and thats all, pretty useless as concerning. But the storyline with Starfire and Robin was really good the cliffhanger left me shook so did the Faddei's death, but this was still a dissapointing but good episode.

All Work and No play...
rickfitz-6834823 October 2022
Hank and Dawn singing "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" karaoke was enough for me to give this nine stars. If that was their real singing voices, then both of them were outstanding. I was thoroughly impressed with how they sounded compared to most "Popstars" today.

Gar's post-its of "All work and no play makes Gar a dull boy" was the perfect comedic juxtaposition to the dour material.

This show seems to be embracing the absurdity and seriousness of the subject matter extremely well. I didn't start watching until a few weeks ago, but I have binge watched multiple episodes, and they have gotten much better as they go along.

So the start of the show they are mad at dick Grayson for going to a church after deathstroke killed 20 people and almost Donna Troy? I do not understand that at all, especially when deathstroke killed his own son lol

The Titans have never felt like a team
cjc020130 November 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Not at all in this series have we seen the Titans be a team. This show suffers from serious subjective hurt disorder. What I mean by this is that this shows assume the characters feelings get hurt by something that is really rather subjective. Jericho getting caught in the crosshairs of Robin and Deathstroke is not that big of a deal and should not have everyone as heated as they are. It'd be one thing if they actually truly used Jericho but they told him the truth and that was that. He was a team member at that point and anything that happened from there is just collateral. What one superhero tv show would ignore, this one lingers on and creates problems from. It makes the entire plot feel useless and annoying to sit through. The team splits, comes together, splits, comes together. Over and over again.

A train wreck of an episode
fenrir-145 November 2019
While i really like the show, this specific episode is a desaster on so many levels. The actions of literally every single character make absolutely no sense at all. Miniscule problems get inflated beyond any reasonable scale, characters overreact in one situation, then don't react at all, when obvious replies to illogical accusations are painfully not uttered. The dialogues have never been brilliant, but here they are quite unbearable. In general the motivation for the portayed actions is inconclusive, to say the least. Even the usually great camera work is missing. I very much hope the ensuing episodes will return to higher standards, because so far this season has been more teaser than actual delivery.

I think this might be the most nonsensical 45 minutes of TV I have ever watched. The series is good do yourself a favor and skip this episode.

Cop bashing by the "heroes"?!
rsvp3212 November 2019
Warning: Spoilers
I always thought they were on the same side? Law and order? Arrest the bad guys?

In this one episode, two incidents of the "good guys" severely assaulting police, *unprovoked* - one as an "oh, sh#t!" comedy bit, and Dick Grayson bashing two officers in the airport. (Dick really *is* a Dick!)

Why didn't Dick beat up an old lady, instead? Or a kid with its parents? How can he be a "good guy" again?

I don't follow who the writers or directors are for each episode, but this one's a disappointing, hard fail!

Poor

If I was Marv Wolfman, I would be so disappointed with this programme, considering that some of the stories are based on the original Marv Wolfman/George Perez storylines. It seems to me that all this programme is, is bad language and no action. I don't understand why the characters are arguing all of the time and seem to hate each other, because when they are in action, which is very rare, their lives and well being could depend on someone that dislikes them.
