I think it is very easy to distinguish, in these comments, who really understood the deeper meaning of this movie. This movie is a dark allegory of the creation of man and the history of people through a religious point of view. it starts with a Woman who we can assume to be the Mother of Earth. Her husband is a writer, who we can assume to be God. Two people, a man and a woman, invade into the life of the Mother. The Husband welcomes them and offers them all he has, regardless of the Mothers feelings. The guests are rude and disruptive. They break a crystal symbolizing the Forbidden Fruit and are cast out of the Husbands office (garden of Eden). Yet he gives his home to them. Soon the sons of Man and Woman arrive and Cain kills Abel. Abel's funeral quickly turns to chaos as the guests continue to disturb the house. A sink breaks and there is a small "flood". the guests leave and The Husband and Mother have sex although nothing is seen. She becomes pregnant and He writes the word of creation. People show up to praise and worship him. Very quickly their presence once again destroys the house and puts Mother in danger. This part is extremely violent and anxiety inducing. She loses her husband , but eventually she finds him and gives birth. He takes the child and goes to show his followers. They take the child and kill it. They eat the child and beat Mother as she tries to tell them to stop. She eventually goes into the basement and sets fire to the house. With her heart, the Husband creates a new crystal and the house is fixed. it ends with a new Mother waking up. It is assumed that this is and has been repeated. This movie symbolizes God taking all he has, his home, his creations, and his child, and giving it to humans. We destroy what he gives us, and he is left with nothing. Yet he still loves and trusts us. I think if you interpret it like this it becomes a very impactful and important story. The meaning is beautiful and the film is very well done. You feel the chaos and lack of control that the Mother feels, and you understand how much was sacrificed by God. I loved this movie and would recommend it to anyone. it's frustrating that they rated the Positive Message so low because i think there is a deeper meaning that is so important.

The thought of a man and his son getting stuck on a quarantined planet that filled with dangerous animals and lethal perils is very, very sick!!!! I don't really think anybody should watch this film!!! Only a fool would make a movie like this!!!

What can I say, the movie lives up to the hype, basically aliens have to escape from earth. WHAT A TWIST! I was on the edge of my seat the entire time, I was enthralled in how much drama they could produce, m night shamalan has some competition, I wouldn't be surprised if Dolan directed this movie, great for kids (just cover their eyes in the hardcore porn scenes!)

From 2012 They release that horror movie at all, the with blue fish don't want to be a good of sushi. I wanted to see this I saw all the reviews on YouTube. And remember, it's has violence, gory, terrifying, and then killing of fish of sushi.
