Never Have I Ever (2020)
So nice
I'm late to the party here. Just watched this show. I really needed a nice and calm show, but one that makes me really WANT to see it and keep me interested in it. This one was it. I'm not a teenager (I'm not American, I'm not Indian, but who cares), but I really liked all characters and the plot was light and fun. Great way to start a new year! And great idea for narrator! Mindy, congrats and thanks!
Watch it now, it's worth it.
The Lie (2018)
Waste of time
I'm pretty sure someone's gonna make me remember the time I've wasted watching this when I die. I'm giving a regular rating because of the parents' acting. And I was really thinking even if I don't like them or don't agree with them, it's a movie and art can also make us feel uncomfortable and that's good. The whole family is formed by crazy psychopaths. "Oh they love their daughter so much", no. It's to the point they are psychopaths, like their daughter. But then the plot twist happened. And it made me laugh, made me angry, made me really think how I'm wasting my last young years. I need a better job. Watch it if you are at the wrong job and need to rethink your life choices with pain, not love.
The Boys: Butcher, Baker, Candlestick Maker (2020)
Fringe
Two words: John Noble.
Just that.
What an amazing actor.
Not the best season, but a very good episode.
And again...
John Noble.
