Flux Gourmet (2022)
Fart without art is just "pffft"
Given that this movie is a perfect example of over-pretentious modern "art", I find the flatulence issue Stones has a highlight of this movie's plot line (if you can say that this even has a plot). This is like some kind of cheap travesty of Yorgos Lanthimos' style of writing/directing. For several times I thought: Wow, they are really trying to do The Lobster here, huh. I mean c'mon, Ariane Labed is here for Pete's sake.
Take the money you would spend on the ticket and go buy some coffee...it will help you with digestion.
Or just go and watch the paint dry for 2hrs. Anything beats spending time on this.
American Poltergeist (2015)
So bad that it's good
Stumbled upon this gem on cable, and I think that this should classify as horror-comedy or parody. I'd give it a "1", but due to horrible acting, horrible plot and horrible directing, it's so funny that it's actually amusing.
Getaway (2020)
Hipster rednecks
Jesus...where do I even start. First of all, everything looks like The Lumineers fan club reunion. The plot is ridiculous, acting is horrible, and everything is so bad that I honestly thought that genre is horror comedy
Just Visiting (2001)
Pale PALE shadow of the french original
Cheap humor, meaningless plot, shallow one-dimensional characters: all things one cheap classical american comedy needs to have.
Needless to say, Hollywood managed to ruin yet another foreign classic.
Time Lapse (2014)
Only thing bothering me...
Playing shady illegal dog race betting instead of just writing out Powerball or some other lottery numbers and become instant millionaires? That is really stupid.
Antisocial (2013)
Internet video for DYI brain surgery? Count me in!
What a hot mess. This movie is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever seen. Acting is horrible, and plot is absolutely hilarious. It should have been dubbed Horror comedy.
From random busting of boarded window in order to be snatched by zombies, to doing brain surgery to yourself in order to remove tumor using internet video, this movie is a hot mess. Oh yeah, and there's also a premise that computer program can cause biological viruses.
Dracula Untold (2014)
Why using specific hystorical references if you use them in a wrong way?
Movie fails in dramatization, general logic and plot. But what it's annoying is usage of history.
Generally it infuriates me when movies give other countries credit for vampire legend origins and for the word "vampire" itself. But this movie specifically infuriated me because they say the word comes from Greek, when all historical sources state that the word originates from Serbian as well as the widespread legend of vampires itself. Also, using historical references to Mehmed II being killed by Vlad Tepes is just stupid.
Extraction (2020)
Just when I thought 2020 couldn't get worse..
This is probably one of the most pretentious, silly and plain stupid movies I've ever watched. Plot is idiotic and practically non existing, terribly stereotypical and boring. This movie will just push you deeper into pandemic-induced 2020 depression and I recommend avoiding it.
Rambo III (1988)
Pure propaganda
This movie is by far the worst anti-Russian propaganda, plus it did not age well since the whole Taliban thing, you know...
Rogue (2007)
Dreadful
Dear God, where do I begin. Let's just say that the character and plot development was so bad that you just start worrying will the dog survive... And it doesn't. That's sucks. It reminds me of Anaconda 2. Same horrendous plot and predictability. Skip this movie. For the love of God, find better way to spend your evening.
It Comes at Night (2017)
Horrible movie
If I could, I'd give this movie a -10. Only thing horrific here is terrible plot, acting and false reviews. And spoiler alert: NOTHING COMES AT NIGHT. I really feel that 4,5 million dollars of 5 that was the budget were used to pay false critic reviews. That's hour and a half I'll never get back.
