Home Before Dark: Magic Hour (2020)
A really good start
It really was a Magic Hour pilot. It has all the good elements that make a great Drama/Mystery show. A gripping story, a troublesome past waiting to be discovered again (properly this time) and a very curious mind trying to figure out the truth.
The acting is brilliant (child actors are good too, that is usually rare). You can tell that the show is going to be a bit emotional.
Already loving the soundtrack. Hope there's more good music.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine: Lights Out (2020)
One of the Funniest
Great story lines.. Brilliantly acted. Hilarious till the end.. Those firefighter jokes never get old. And, Holt and Terry killed it in just a few minutes. A truly memorable episode to welcome Mac into the B-99 family. So glad that this show has not lost it's charm.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine: Ding Dong (2020)
Hilarious episode
Both of the story lines were amazingly funny. Had me in laughs the whole episode. I don't think Captain Holt's classic lines will ever be forgotten. Holt hating Wuntch and insulting her is one of the best things about this show. It's always brutal and funny. With Amy and Rosa on the side being hilarious with just a few lines and that laugh of Rosa!
The fight between Terry and Boyle was really great too with them bringing their kids into the equation And Jake, as always, was brilliant.
The Expanse (2015)
Probably the Best Sci-Fi Show!
Definitely a Masterpiece. Every Season. Every Episode. Immensely thrilling, creative and mysterious plot/story with so many complex and diverse storylines, a deep dive into the unknown...
The show is truly gripping and engaging in almost every aspect (characters, plot, visuals, emotions, attention to detail, unpredictability etc). It doesn't let you loose focus for even one second and I couldn't find anything dull in it. And, of course, it's supported by some really great background music.
It will always be one of my favorite shows...
The Expanse: Triple Point (2018)
The definition of Unpredictability!!
I will never forget this episode. An insanely brilliant episode.. So intense and soooooo unpredictable. No one could have predicted this.. Ever.. The Mutiny scene was exceptional. The game kept changing almost every damn second!
And, amazing music to support all of that..
Zombieland: Double Tap (2019)
Lives up to it's predecessor. Maybe even a little better
Ignore the stupid people who are trying to find wayyyy too much logic in the STORY of a ZOMBIE COMEDY ACTION flick instead of focusing on it's best COMEDY part. It's an amazing comedy. Woody Harrelson is the heart of the movie. All the other main characters being equally hilarious and amazing except Abigail Breslin (gets a tiny bit annoying, but not too much). Some great new characters too..
Zoey Deutch plays one of the perfect dumb blonde characters I've ever seen.. She is monumentally funny and she does it without being annoying or irritating... Absolutely loved her.
Amy Schumer: The Leather Special (2017)
Worst Stand-Up I Have Ever Seen!!!
Pure garbage (just like her). Not even slightly funny. Wayyy too unpleasant. Terrible dialogue delivery. Most un-funniest and awful jokes I have ever heard. I bet even the people who get easily offended by jokes wouldn't even get offended by this crap.
Bill Burr: Paper Tiger (2019)
Probably Bill Burr's best stand up special.
Absolutely Brilliant. Honest. Hilarious till the end. Amazing jokes.
The Boys: Good for the Soul (2019)
Brilliant episode. Best one so far.
Pure. Honest. Funny. Factful. Wonderfully acted. Just brilliant. This is the kind of politics that many shows should be focusing on if they want to put politics in entertainment...
It also shows so many aspects of the different characters... Not a single dull moment in the entire episode.
Ibiza (2018)
Shouldn't be labeled as a comedy.
I don't know why this is a comedy. The actors are pretty good but there are just no jokes to laugh at.. Just a bunch of unfunny girls (even all the drugs couldn't make them funny) on a trip with some really loud music..
Paper Towns (2015)
Pure Garbage !
Why do they make movies where no one knows how to act? It feels so pretentious and boring... like the actors are just reading lines. They even make the good jokes sound so lame..The acting skills of the male lead are so bad it makes you wanna puke. And to top it, they give you the most illogical and non sensical ending ever!
Taken 3 (2014)
Disgrace to the Taken Franchise
Pathetic editing! Barely watchable. Every action scene is so vague and disorienting it makes your eyes hurt! Too many cuts! And no one even knows how to act properly except a few main characters. Everyone seems like they're on meth! Especially Forest Whittaker.
