The Worst of Nickelodeon

by TheSonomaDude | created - 07 May 2011 | updated - 07 May 2011 | Public

I love Nickelodeon...or at least I USED to. Nick has made SEVERAL SEVERAL horrible shows in it's lifetime. They havent made a good show since Invader ZIM, and all of the good shows that still run are getting ruined.

You wanna rip me a new one? Go right ahead. I have, like, 12.

THE NEW STUFF ONLY!

I love the old Spongebob. From 1999 to 2005-ish, Spongebob was a cleverly written show with good humor and funny characters.

Now, the show is full of dull moments, gross-out humor, fart jokes, and Spongebob is now gay towards Squidward. Not to mention, every episode is has the same story. Spongebob hurts Squidward, Squidward cries, Spongebob makes everything better but towards the end Squidward gets hurt again.

Votes: 274

Was the creater of this show a 5-year-old that was high??? I mean, a talking Yak who's best friend is a talking pine apple? And they live inside a giant onion? WTF?

Stars: Melissa Disney, Jeannie Elias, Tress MacNeille, Aspen Vincent

Votes: 7,253

Its like an animated version of Degrassi. Girl likes boy, boy dates girl, girl gets bullied by boy's ex girlfriends, girl finds out boy is cheating on her, girl dumps boy. Then, the girl ends up dating her best male friend in the last episode. Not to mention: Ginger is dull as dishwater.

Speaking of Degrassi...

The lives of the kids at Degrassi Community School dealing with the serious and sometimes taboo issues that plague teenagers.

Stars: Stefan Brogren, Aislinn Paul, Melinda Shankar, A.J. Saudin

Votes: 14,657

I dont get why EVERYONE loves this show. Its not funny, but for a different reason. Most shows (Fanboy and ChumChum) TRY to be funny, but suck. This show, however, has no jokes at all. No humor, no laughing. Its all "I want us to be together!" teen lovie-dovie bullcrap.

For those who like this show, I'm sorry. But I hated it.

TV-G | 30 min | Action, Adventure, Comedy

Stars: Nicholas Purcell, Gage Golightly, John Marshall Jones, David Del Rio

Votes: 1,254

This show was originally supposed to be Men IN Black Jr, with kids dressing up in the tux's and fighting aliens. But, this was the result.

Not to mention: Is it SOOOO hard just to get a good CGI artist?

15. Pelswick (2000–2002)

A cartoon show that follows a 12 year old boy in a wheelchair who emphasize on living a normal life.

Stars: David Arquette, Rob Tinkler, Phil Guerrero, Peter Oldring

Votes: 252

Hey look! An OLD Nick show that sucks!

This show is so bland and boring that its not even worth mentioning.

By the way, this show came out in 1992, not 2000.

16. Doug (1991–1994)

TV-Y7 | 30 min | Animation, Adventure, Drama

The life of a young boy as he meets friends, falls in love, maneuvers his way through grade 6 and writes all about it in his journal.

Stars: Billy West, Fred Newman, Constance Shulman, Doug Preis

Votes: 20,065

Hate me if you want. I dont care. I HATE THIS SHOW.

Stars: Kath Soucie, Elizabeth Daily, Nancy Cartwright, Tara Strong

Votes: 5,741

Well, thats what happens when you attempt to bring back a show from 1991 and make the characters 10 years older.

However, I WILL admit: The Halloween episode (the episode when they go camping) is actually one of the best Halloween specials I've ever seen.

18. T.U.F.F. Puppy (2010–2015)

When one of their number disappears on the same day that an American girl joins their ranks, a group of English boarding school students embarks on solving a mystery.

Stars: Brad Kavanagh, Jade Ramsey, Tasie Lawrence, Eugene Simon

Votes: 5,427

Is this supposed to be scary? Cause all I see is another bland teen show in which the boys try to hook up with the girls. BORING!

And, no offence to British people, but WTF are the characters in this show saying???

20. True Jackson, VP (2008–2011)

TV-Y7 | 23 min | Comedy, Drama, Family

Impressed by her no-nonsense style as she sells sandwiches outside his offices, fashion executive Max impulsively offers teenager True Jackson a dream job as vice president in charge of his youth apparel line.

Stars: Keke Palmer, Ashley Argota Torres, Matt Shively, Danielle Bisutti

Votes: 3,469

Its not funny, not clever, not anything. I do like Keke Palmers acting, however.

And...what kind of name is TRUE?? What the brothers name, FALSE? Or what about the cousin? Is his name CORRECT? I mean, never in my whole entire life have I ever, EVER, met anyone or seen anyone named True!

21. Animorphs (1998–2000)

TV-Y7 | 30 min | Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Thriller

Five teenagers and an alien with the ability to turn into any beast they touch vs. an army of parasitic aliens who are slowly infiltrating Earth.

Stars: Boris Cabrera, Nadia-Leigh Nascimento, Shawn Ashmore, Brooke Nevin

Votes: 1,483

I've always wanted to see a movie with graphic human-to-animal transformations (other than Werewolves). The books certainly had graphic human-to-animal transformation scenes. But not the show. In the show, its just like POOF, and thier animals. In the books, it was painful to transform, and it took like 2 minutes.

Not to mention, bad acting and bad effects.

22. The Brothers Garcia (2000–2004)

TV-G | 30 min | Comedy, Family

The comic foibles of a Mexican-American family in San Antonio, Texas, US.

Stars: Alvin Alvarez, Vaneza Leza Pitynski, Bobby Gonzalez, Jeffrey Licon

Votes: 882

Its like Degrassi: Its not funny whatsoever, but because they dont actually have jokes.

If you havent heard of this show, then just picture George Lopez, but instead of humor, add life lessons and teen lovie-dovie crap.

23. Just Jordan (2007–2008)

TV-Y7 | 30 min | Comedy, Drama, Family

A young man rises to stardom under the tutelage of his teacher-turned-manager.

Stars: Kristen Combs, Raven Goodwin, Shania Accius, Lil J.J.

Votes: 804

The Lil Romeo show wasnt that good. So, why make another show staring his lil bro??? Its not funny and not well written. Jordan is just your stereotypical black teen: plays basketball, raps, and says stuff like "sup homeboyz".

However, the episode when he gets a grill on his grill on his grill on his teeth and cant get it off made me laugh.

24. Big Time Rush (2009–2013)

TV-G | 25 min | Comedy, Drama, Family

Four young males make the decision to form a boy band. They face all kinds of adventures along the way as well as the reality of the challenges and complications of the music industry.

Stars: Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Carlos PenaVega, Logan Henderson

Votes: 14,353

This show is just a rip-off of JONAS. And JONAS sucks! Once again, we have another teen lovie-dovie show. CRAP CRAP CRAP.

The same people made Ned's Declassified, a good Nick live-action show. Now, we have this.

25. My Dad the Rock Star (2003–2004)

TV-Y7 | 30 min | Animation, Family, Comedy

The straightlaced son of a flamboyantly eccentric heavy metal rock star tries to lead a normal life.

Stars: Joanne Vannicola, Lawrence Bayne, Kathleen Laskey, Stephanie Anne Mills

Votes: 448

Its one of those "I dont wanna be like my father" shows. LAME. But this time, its animated. LAMER. Plus, the dad doesnt really ever play rock music. So...this show is pointless.

Not to mention: Its written and produced by Gene Simmons, the head man from KISS. Thats kinda cool.
