I recommend 'the walking dead' because of the gore and the way it has an impact. The walking dead is by far my favourite tv show. It makes me feel involved and always manages to make me cry or feel empathy when something doesn't go right for the group. You can see the struggle the apocalypse places on people. Not only because of the lack of food and vegetation but the trust and faith it takes away from you.
