While this film may be better intellectually than others I have ranked above this, I can't say that I got much enjoyment out of La Haine. I find it difficult to sympathize with street punks and the day this takes place in just doesn't interest me that much, screwing around town just doesn't wow me. Also feel the shocking conclusion wasn't needed.
