The 1990s reboots are in full swing. So far, fans have reconnected with the beloved Sex and the City characters and caught up with Paul and Jamie Buchman from Mad About You. The cast of Friends sat down for a chat, and Kelsey Grammer returned as Dr. Frasier Crane. Seinfeld, the famed show about nothing, could be next. In fact, Jerry Seinfeld himself teased a potential reboot that would address the problems with the show’s heavily criticized finale. If something is in the works, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who played Jerry Seinfeld’s ex, Elaine Benes, doesn’t know about it.
Jerry Seinfeld teases a potential reboot and drives fans wild
On October 7, spectators who packed the Wang Theatre to see Jerry Seinfeld perform got more than they bargained for. Seinfeld was in a chatty mood, and apparently, he wasn’t just telling jokes. The famed standup created a stir when...

In his revealing memoir, Spare, Prince Harry shared a story about crashing at Courteney Cox’s house after he unexpectedly ended up there with a friend. Though she was not expected to be home then, she returned in ample time to gather a party.
Harry, a self-proclaimed Friends “fanatic,” revealed that his crush on Cox had him feeling slightly “confused” about it all. After all, she was Monica, and he called himself “a Chandler,” so he thought spending the night at her place was a fun idea.
But what lengths did he say it would have taken for him to reveal his crush to her?

Theatrical producers Pam Laudenslager and Colleen Lober have announced the launch of a new entertainment company – Center Stage Capital, Inc. – to present a portfolio of productions that includes the previously announced Broadway-hopeful Green Acres the Musical, a contemporary musical comedy by Tor Hyams and Lisa Rothauser based on the classic sitcom.
And yes, the new musical will include the old theme song, which, thanks to syndication, has taught at least several generations of Americans why Green Acres is the place to be.
Other productions in the Center Stage portfolio are the musicals Mother Eve’s Secret Garden of Sensual Sisterhood, Empyrea, and In the Room.
In its announcement, Center Stage Capital describes itself as featuring “an innovative new disruptive business model for funding by allowing the investor to engage directly in a portfolio of four original theatrical productions. This will mitigate risk through diversification and could reduce the risk...

Casting has officially begun for the Hillary Clinton biopic Rodham, with rumors swirling around which Hollywood actress will play Clinton in the film. (Our own Ali Davis offered to dye her hair if she could get an audition for the part.) Reese Witherspoon, Amanda Seyfried, Jessica Chastain and Scarlett Johansson are all supposedly being considered for the role as the former Secretary of State. These are extremely talented women, but, in my opinion, not right for the coveted role. (If Johansson gets the part I’m moving to Antarctica, though I’m not sure what good that would do.)
Rodham will focus on “the former first lady's early years, chronicling her days as a Washington lawyer in 1974 at the height of the Watergate scandal.” I stand by my original casting choice of Nurse Jackie’s Merritt Wever.

Pasadena, Calif. -- Makers of a Discovery network documentary on presidential chiefs of staff have a perfect participation record.
All 19 living men who had that job gave interviews for "The Presidents' Gatekeepers." The four-hour documentary is expected to air in two parts early this summer.
Filmmakers Jules and Gedeon Naudet (naw-day) said Saturday that their well-regarded previous documentary on the Sept. 11 terrorist attack in New York was a calling card that probably helped them convince some former chiefs to participate.
Chris Whipple, formerly of ABC News, and ex-White House photographer David Hume Kennerly are also producers.
Their longest interview was with former Vice President Dick Cheney, who was President Gerald Ford's chief of staff in the 1970s.
Cheney said a chief is more powerful than a vice president.
